The location is very close to cruise/ferry terminal. It’s only a few minutes from the city center. The staff is very helpful.

The location is a little distant from the train station (24 minutes of walk). The bed in the first room is not very good. But the owner quickly arranged to let us to change room where the bed is good.

Quinto Stabile Rooms&Suite is a nice guesthouse in the heart of Palermo, the location is really good, near the shopping district and close to most of the main attractions of the city on foot. The host Michele helped us with the check-in and the check-out and explained to us what to do in the city. Great tips! Our room was very clean and equipped with anything stated on the website. The selection of food for breakfast was quite basic but the coffee and the sweets served were very tasty. Overall, our stay was very good for what we paid.

The size of our room was a bit small and, because of this, there weren't many places where to put our stuff. However, that is not a big problem if your stay is short and you don't have large bags, and there is a closet available. The mattress wasn't too comfortable and the pillows were quite thin.

Nice stay in Palermo

Location was very good - all sightsee objects were near by us - could be reached by walking. Staff were friendly, explaind where to go and what to see, helped with boarding pass printing out. As our flight was in the eveninig - we could leave our luggage. When we were leving, host give tu us a post card. Very nice attention. I recommend to stay there..

Michele, is really a great host He is available, kind and was ready for le when I arrived. The directions to find the B&B were perfect. Yhe place is very clean and in a safe area.

Central location, air conditioning, daily cleaning. Smooth check-in and out. Perfect for young couple.

Clothes dryer would have been good to have. Breakfast could have been more varied. TV remote was not working (could live without it), door to the room was stuck midway on the floor (difficulty to open it).

A comfortable and convenient place to stay during your trip to Palermo

The rooms at Quinto Stabile were excellent. The location is very good, right in between two of the main piazzas but on a side street so it isn’t loud. The host is very nice, knowledgeable and outgoing and is available to answer any questions. He made my arrival and departure very easy, arranging to be there when I arrived. He goes out of his way to help make your stay enjoyable. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms had good and enough towels and toiletries. There was coffee/tea in each room and they provided a bottle of water each day. The breakfast included a coffee selection of your choice and a plate of sweet breads and there was yogurt and fruit. It was a great home base from which to visit Cefalu for the day as well. I would recommend Quinto Stabile and would stay here again.

Was honestly happy with everything. Only thing that could be better is if there was a way to get a hot breakfast, but what was provided was good and sufficient.

English speaking staff is like a miracle in Sicily! :D The breakfast was more than default: nutritious and delicious. The apartment is close to the main street in safe neighborhood.

We had a really great time there. Room was big with nice, super clean bathroom, all equipment provided. Location close to the old town, lots of shops and great restaurants near. The host was extra friendly, he gave us a map and showed us where to go. Everything was fantastic there, also the price ❤️
