3.5
Nice small hotel, good service. The rooftop restaurant and bar were great.
Location on walking distance from centre plaza en markets
Very small room with a Window fading the hallway. So that could not be used as window

Comfortable bed with white sheets ☺️ decent shower!
Couple of not too good things:
Noise from street, the room we stayed on the weekend, besides the traffic, ia loud music from bars around the hotel, also a restaurant upstairs until 10:00 PM 🫤
What in the world this cute hotel serves a so babreakfast?!!
Cold coffee at 8:30, the most average wcheap store brand bread?!!!! Oaxaca has many great bakeries very close to the hotel! Old fruit and some spoiled pineapple juice! Old granola … really the worse so far from anywhere we stayed in the past years.
Just don’t offer it!
We wouldn’t stay here again, could not sleep, even with the white noise on … also a persistent dog barking!
Breakfast!
Street noise and loud music playing until late!

The staff was very friendly. The receptionist stored our luggage and informed her replacement of our pick up time. The rooms were clean and there were blackout curtains to block out the hall light. The location was great as it was close to many things and wasn't noisy.
Just a few minor things: The bathroom window faced the staircase so you could hear the people on the terrace. There were no instructions on how to set the code on the safe so we weren't able to use it. The breakfast was very basic with some fruit, yogurt, juice, cheese, ham and bread.

No hot water . When you want to shower

Great location close to Zócalo. Comfortable and clean. Professional staff. Nice view from terrace restaurant (I didn't eat there so no opinion on value).
Complementary breakfast was skimpy. Papaya (yum) and watermelon with yogurt and granola, coffee and orange juice. Room price value was good for a couple nights but a little high for a week long stay

They were very polite and gentle !!! The rooftop restaurant was very enjoyable 🥰

Great location and good breakfast.
Room depressing with no windows.

The hotel is close to everything. so, easy access to all what you want to see. For amounts Alban you need to walk some blocks to take the tourist bus. But, no problem.
I booked this hotel for the location and the room top bar and seating area. Unfortunately this was under construction and it looks it will take a while. They might have put this in the reservation that this was not available. The rooms had anything you need but small and no outside window.

this tiny little place is in the middle of the center, best option for couple of days.
they had some construction on the roof, preparing the kitchen or so… and after 2 days of noise we got informed, Sorry for the etc… they could have say in advance at least… so no siesta in these time or rooftop chill.

The hotel is very centrally located and includes most of the amenities any traveler to Oaxaca looks for, including visually appealing decor, friendly and helpful staff with diverse tour offerings, filling breakfast, and a very popular rooftop restaurant with views of the city center and Guelaguetza auditorium. The hotel is small, with only 10 rooms, therefore the service is very quick and personalized, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was filling and decent in terms of variety and service. There were ample, albeit light, options including fruit, yogurts, juices, bread, pastries, and cereals. It was served from about 8 - 10 AM, with the staff often working with guests to accommodate those with early tour departures (i.e., 7:30 AM)
The hotel is on a very noisy street, which is normal in central Oaxaca City, therefore it is to be expected; However, there is a terrace restaurant on the third floor, with access stairs passing directly by the guest rooms, which makes for a very noisy, brightly light, and sem-unsafe environment between at least 1:00 - 11:00 PM. The hotel has many cameras and on-site staff, therefore, safety may not be much of a concern, however, noise and stair/hallway lighting is even for the indoor rooms. We recommend this hotel for night owls, those traveling with earplugs and sleeping masks, or encourage light sleepers to seek other accommodations.

The room was always very clean :) .
The bed was large, the water was always hot & you get air condition and a large offer with TV programs. Great location down town.
Very friendly staff.
Check not to get the room back the dining room, it's noisy.
Breakfast time could start at 07:30 or earlier the tours pick up is usually before 8 am.

Coffee could have been better.

We were happy with the location. They had a good spread for there continental breakfast. We do not eat breakfast, but we do drink coffee and it was fresh and delicious every morning.
I also want to give a shout out to Daniella, she was super helpful, very professional, and always did with such great attitude and smile!!! Great Job!!
We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

The rooftop terrace dining and open kitchen offered outstanding, cozy ambience, a good bar, excellent staff, and very good (albeit limited menu items) food indeed! Breakfast at 8a had lots of different fruits, whole grain cereals, (so-so) coffee, fresh orange juice, tasty meat&cheese tidbits, and fresh pastries..all very good, as were the dining staff!
long time to get warm water in two of the three rooms we occupied over those 5 days; no help for it, the street is busy with car & truck traffic ~14hrs a day..one gets used to it.
3.5
good location, bed was good.
it was noisy- morning, evening as well, and no window to outside. Breakfast, limited english speaking.

Outskirt location to main town but easy access. Room comfortable.
Basic breakfast but ok. Small room window to internal courtyard. Limited english spoken if thats an issue.
