Great location, good size property, beautiful view from rear of property. Great size lounge to gather in. Bedrooms are good size. A very clean property, good value for money.. The hot tub was a great feature out on the verandah with stunning views. The games room under the property was a great treat and we spent many hours having fun with family, playing pool table tennis, darts etc.
I think the property is in need of a little money spending on it. Window leaks in one of the bedrooms,.The games room underneath property has a very tired table tennis table and generally the room needs sprucing up a little..

The property was perfect for a group of friends/family. All the rooms are nice and the view from the balcony is breathtaking! Highly recommended! Will defo come back here in the future
Everything was fantastic

Great location, very spacious, clean, all you needed for self catering, Argar was lovely in kitchen. Local shops and tourist attractions. Property was amazing with great room for pool / table tennis and darts. Jacuzzi and bbq on balcony was lovely with amazing views. Rooms were comfy and spacious, 2 very nice modern bathrooms and 2 other toilets.
Jacuzzi spa could do with a good service / clean. Starting to smell and few dead flies in there.

The size plenty of space and rooms a generous size, majority of the property was clean , good location, plenty to do I.e. games room, hottub. Had everything you needed for your stay e.g. glasses, cups, tea, coffee, games, cds, dvds, books, towels and hair dryer and much more. Garden was large and clean ideal for the dogs. Very nice views from the hottub and balcony, beautiful scenery.
The roof was leaking in the living room, windows difficult to shut and we’re steamed up. We got complaint from the neighbour for having music on in the afternoon when in hottub even though it was on low, we never had the music on after 5pm. We felt we couldn’t use the hottub after 5pm as the hottub is loud and the neighbour kept watching us when we was in hottub so this made us avoid the hottub as we didn’t want anymore complaints. The toilet in the on suite made a very loud noise when flushing so couldn’t flush during night as didn’t want to wake others or disturb neighbours.

location, with amazing views looking over Morecambe bay
there are some issues that are a little tired and need attention and updating / repair

house is roomy, hot tub is great, and games room is fab fun for whole family. even granny played table tennis.

Lovely views over the bay, with large hot tub on the balcony.
Spacious with good sized sitting and dining rooms.
House is shabby, with several things broken or chipped and of poor quality. Overall the place feels very unloved and not of the standard expected from a holiday cottage. Beds were uncomfortable.

Great location and great space
Nothing really

A massive property with plenty of space for 9 of us. Kitchen had everything you’d need, tonnes of glasses and plenty of plastic cups for use in the hot tub. 3 fridges also (kitchen/dining and games room) perfect for all the alcohol we had! The living room settees and chairs were dated but so comfortable. The hot tub was massive
No instructions for the hot tub care

Excellent location, with excellent facilities particularly the hot tub with sea view and games room

everything was fantastic. Room was perfect. Bathroom was nice. Gaming room was nice so everything was on point. I will recommend.

Hot tub and games room. Good facilities but not
clean
Barbecue was disgusting and took a lot of cleaning before we could use it. We had only a microwave and an aga to cook on. It was hot and the aga made the kitchen unbearable. It made gurgling noises at night. All the double glazing had blown and the furniture was very dated. It all looked tired apart from the bathrooms.

Hot Tub and games room were great. There was plenty of space and rooms and bed were good.
The AGA cooker is not hot enough to cook food quickly. Can take over an hour to cook breakfast because of how slow it is.
8.0
Very well-equipped house, lovely reception rooms
Not much to complain about! The kitchen was warmer than you might want for a summer stay, because the Aga was on continuously
8.0
The hot tub and games room was a lovely bonus to the property. Suited us all.
Could do with an update on decoration like new paint/ wallpaper in certain areas. The hot tub filter didn’t seem to work properly. Extra cleaning needed in games room and toilet, lots of spiders and muck. The windows could do with being replaced.

Lovely place great for big groups or families.
Hot tube great bonus beautiful view.

Spacious house that was well equiped. Stunning views which we enjoyed from the hot tub. Perfect for a group to stay.
A few things had been broken by previous guests but there hadn't been time fix them. We were informed before hand though about the main one.

The view was good and location close to town.
Most almost everything else. Bathroom doors did not close. They where broken. Old wooden doors and windows that did not close properly. Carpets and lights dirty and dusty.

hot tube was the best but the whole place was amazing
heating wasn’t working upstairs but wasn’t to bad

Location and facilities were great. The size of the property was excellent for a large family. The property was not lacking in anything that we needed. The hot tub was a great bonus and the games room good fun. We had a lovely time there.
If anything I would say there were a few things lacking in the overall decoration. The bathroom upstairs has a door that had been kicked in and not replaced. Wallpaper on the ceiling in the lounge was peeling off. The window panes look like the double glazed units had failed on most windows. When you are paying in excess of £1300 for 3 nights I would have expected the upkeep to be better.

Everyone loved the jacuzzi. The games room entertained everyone. All beds were comfy so I was told. Only a 20 minutes walk into Grange over sands. Overall a great place to stay would book again.

it was very spacious for 11 of us. Everyone loved the hot tub and the games room was excellent for a rainy day. it was well equipped with cookware and crockery etc and we had lots of room to all sit round the dining table together. The choice of games and dvds was very good. Would recommend it for a large family.
the aga oven was too small to cook for all of us

Amazing hot tub and kitchen, loads of space! Huge games room also.
Some things broken but nothing that prevented use.

Great location, beautiful views from the balcony. Hot tub was amazing and perfectly clean. The kids loved the games room and had lots of fun.
Everything and more we could want in the kitchen and bathrooms were lovely.
I think the standard is reflected in the price.
The house itself could do with a bit of TLC. Mattresses on all the beds were poor
We took our dogs with us as it said the property was dog friendly but it would have been helpful if the garden area was closed off properly.

Spacious home, great for families - we loved the games room and hot tub. Amazing hosts!

Had the best time at Wyndcliffe, great location and facilities. Hot tub was an amazing bonus but a shame it was out of action on our final night. Loved the CD collection some fab throwbacks
Great location lovely weather comfortable beds
Loved the aga, beautiful modern kitchen and bathrooms
Overall great value for money and lots do to as a group of friends in their 20’s
The fridge was a bit on the grubby side, nothing a bit of a wipe down didn’t sort, and the rest of the house was clean enough, some rooms needed updating and there were a few broken things but this was reflected in the price and was absolutely fine for what we needed
The information provided by the host was generally helpful but more in depth information could’ve been provided about the hot tub as when we had a few issues with it regarding water spilling over it was too late in our stay to rectify this - however there was plenty of other things to do and we really really enjoyed ourselves nonetheless

Fantastic property for a large family to get together. wonderful facilities, the games room is brilliant with table tennis, pool and darts and the hot tub was bliss. spacious rooms with lots of character and everything that you could possibly want is provided
There is a lovely outdoor garden space with a large lawn which is not maintained so this a shame. You can use it but the grass is long and unkempt.

Hot tub. Bathrooms kitchen. Views
Rest of property bit tired. Could do with a refurb
9.2
The house was very convenient, it suited us, 2 families, total of 12 people. The hot tub was amazing and the view is beautiful!
There are no curtains, the sun woke us up at 5:30 every day. Some of the beds are not comfortable. Generally needs maintenance...
