Amazing staff that assisted with every question, gave recommendations and made bookings at restaurants that both they and we can highly recommend

Incredible hotel in an old palace. Great location and beautiful.

We loved everything about Palazzo Natoli. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from excellent restaurant recommendations to helpful tips for exploring the city and surrounds.
The room was lovely, large, clean and comfortable and the hotel is in the perfect position for exploring the old city centre.
The breakfast was incredible! Delicious pastries, fruit, fresh juice and coffee. The pistachio cream and brioche were particularly delightful.
We’d absolutely recommend this beautiful hotel and would stay again.
Everything was perfect.

If you’re looking for a great hotel in Palermo, look no further! It’s ideally located in a central location, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. They even assisted us with booking car services when we needed them, which was a huge help to us! The room was well appointed and spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. I would gladly return and will recommend to all needing a hotel in Palermo.

it is really like a high end B&B instead of high end hotel
while the location was convenient near the center of the city, the surroundings of the property were fraught with litter

Breakfast was delicious. Staff is very helpful and easy to reach. Andrea was very helpful! He suggested and also booked a couple of restaurants for my husband and I. We will definitely recommend this hotel !! We are also planning on coming back!

We found Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel to be a wonderful choice in the heart of Palermo. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful throughout our 3 night stay (a special thank you to Alicia). The hotel is located in the heart of Palermo, a few hundred feet away from the Palermo Cathedral and within the pedestrian zone, offering easy access to other sites and wonderful restaurants. Our room (#8) was spacious and featured balconies with wonderful street views. The entire hotel was clean and spotless... and breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. We highly recommend Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel if you're considering a stay in Palermo.

What a simple delight. From being able to check-in early, to a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday, Andrea was simply the most helpful member of staff I think I have ever come across - this level of customer service is hard to find elsewhere. The hotel was quiet, air conditioned and the beds comfy. It is in the heart of Palermo with restaurants exceptionally close by. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from the train station that goes direct to the airport and the train takes about 50 mins for €6.50. I can only apologise to Andrea for the price of an Aperol Spritz in the UK, we’ll certainly never match €3!
The only thing I’d change, which is personal preference, is the breakfast pre-order and move it to the night before, as I couldn’t remember what I had ordered from weeks ago on the Google form!

The location was very central to explore the city . Our room was very comfy, cosy , clean and with all the required amenities. We had breakfast in our room so sometimes it used to be cold, but other than that everything was totally fine.

The hotel was fabulous, a proper boutique hotel with very tastefully presented and decorated room, and all of the hotel representatives were I credibly polite and helpful. We will be back!

This is the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed in: beautiful staff, beyond helpful, sorted my appointments, driver and booked my dinner reservation. All so appreciated by a tired solo traveller after many busy weeks . All recommendations were excellent. Shout out to Serena and Siriana who went above and beyond on everything. Nothing was too much trouble. I stayed in the ‘Family’ suite - beautiful, huge, comfortable, welcoming. Grazie mille! Alla prossima x
Nothing! All brilliant.

The building has been beautifully remodeled and the rooms elegantly appointed, they're well lit, spacious and comfortable. The air con was easy to use and the bath toiletries were excellent. The entire staff is well-trained and helpful with suggestions on restaurants and directions.

Elegantly designed with great attention to detail. Staff were so professional but friendly too. Beautiful breakfasts and good restaurant recommendations.
We loved being so central and on a pedestrianised street, but some noise at night so we recommend earplugs.
