Your private unit at The Natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building
Unit 1103 is located on the 1st floor and has easy access to the pool, courtyard, and sundeck
Six adults can be accommodated in this 3-bed, 3-bath unit. Each bedroom is en-suite with its own bathroom. The downstairs bedrooms include 1 king and 1 queen, while the upstairs bedroom is a king
The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering
Your spacious 1,500 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs:
- Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils
- Coffee maker, toaster, and blender
- Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided
- Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels

Public parking is available less than one block from our front door. We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.
If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.

Everything about this property was spot on with the listing. It was a great value for the location and accommodations (most comfortable bed ive ever slept in and i travel ALOT!). However with that said the only complaint was the outside noise in the late night/early morning hours. Walls are thin and we coukd hear people talking and dumpsters loading and unloading. But i guess that comes with being in the heart if the city.

Fabulous location and facility
We spent Thanksgiving week there with our whole family. Everything was as advertised and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were able to walk to every attraction we chose to visit, including the WW II museum, the French quarter and the Superdome. Highly recommend to anyone desiring 3 bedroom/bathroom place with a pool, hot tubs and gas grills.

Could not have been better.....
The customer service was remarkable. I am not certain I have ever been treated better at ANY property. The communication was constant, questions answered immediately, offered to do anything that I needed, and they DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I did not have to remind or ask them for anything twice. Great place, I will go back there and cannot say enough great things about the property. We were a party of 4, one couple and two singles, GREAT layout-everyone had privacy, their own space and NO noises were heard between rooms, living space, etc. Great place and an easy walk to BOURBON, Jackson Square etc.

Well appointed dwelling within easy walking distance of the French Quarter
Rental process was easy, management contacted me in a timely manner and had everything set up for me upon arrival. The apartment was as described, and met our needs for our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This property was perfectly located with easy walking access to the convention center and the quarter. Very comfortable and well appointed we could have stayed for a week. The beds and bathrooms were luxurious. I wouldn't change a thing.

It’s set up like a hotel only condo style without any of the amenities of a hotel. Most home always I’ve stayed in at this price point have water and coffee stocked. This place did not.
Has a front desk and lobby coffee. Pleasant front desk workers.
Showers in this unit took several minutes to warm up. Two of the bedrooms have no exterior windows. Temperature control was a challenge. Upstairs bedroom was a sauna at night. No hot water in the upstairs bathroom.
Faucet in the downstairs bathroom faulty with no hot water.
I would have preferred to stay in a hotel with daily maid service, windows, amenities, and temp control. I would not stay here again.
They will shop for you 48 hours in advance. Wish we took advantage. If you don’t, there are no vending machines and no convenient spots to easily grab things like water.

Great place, Great Location
We needed a place that could handle a family setting and be close to places of interest for both youngsters and adults.
The apartment was perfect, handled 6 adults and a child. Great access to eating out as well equipped for a night of family dinner eating in.
Staff was friendly and very helpful.

It was absolutely perfect!
We had five girls fly in for a bachelorette party and the trip was perfect because of this space. The rooms/beds were so comfortable and the space was open and perfect for getting ready and spending time together. The hot tub and pool were great (pool doesn't get much sun but it was so warm and comfortable it didn't matter). We had a great time on the rooftop hot tub and walked everywhere for meals when we weren't busy cooking with their fancy grills. The staff was also amazing! We will definitely be back!

The Staff The Staff The Staff !!!!! Those Guys Kick some Major Ass !!! Overall My Friends and I couldn't have asked for better place to stay ! With only seeing computer images of the layout of the place , I was little skeptical, but once you walk into one of there many Condos , your breath is taking away. I will be staying there every year if I can for Jazzfest , but gonna have to book early because once this secret Oasis gets out it will be hard to book without doing it a year in advance!!! Not only is the Staff Awesome and Super laid back, they provided every guest to free drinks out of there Pop up bar for the entire weekend !! Once they get those Cabanas built , it will all become full circle.. my only knock on the place is that the Construction Crews who built the place could have done a better job of fine tuning there final product ..Overall you would be foolish not to stay there at least once if you have the chance

Where to begin? I'll start with the positives - the Natchez is in a great location! It's close to everything and we were able to walk or Uber to all our destinations. The condo itself was well appointed (for the most part) and the staff accommodated our request for a 2-hour late check out.
Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Our group was blown away by how loud the Natchez is. One of the bedrooms is right off the lobby and is subjected to noise ALL day & ALL night. People loudly enter & exit the building at all hours, the elevator dings every few minutes, the staff sits in the lobby & chit chats, and tenants constantly stop at the front desk asking for directions, suggestions, etc. There is continuous noise & conversation and all of it can be heard word-for-word from the small bedroom in this unit. There is virtually no break from the noise! Several times we asked the front desk staff to please try to keep noise at a minimum, but the noise never let up. My husband and I wore earplugs each night, but it is nearly impossible to get any sleep in this bedroom - we averaged 2 hours/night. The 2nd bedroom is right on Natchez St. and there is construction at all hours, loud trash trucks each morning, and rowdy party goers walk the street well into the wee hours.
The condo is also lacking a few things – first and foremost, the pool & hot tubs that were supposed to be open were not. We were told upon arrival that they weren’t open yet because they failed inspection. Considering that these features must be built into the rental price, this was extremely disappointing. Also, housekeeping was terrible! They came one day and made up 1 of the 3 beds and freshened the towels in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. And they neglected to find the condom wrapper on the living room floor that a previous tenant left. So gross! Additionally, the shades in the living room did not work – you could pull a cord & lift them, but there was no way to keep them open. The whole condo is very cave-like and it would've been nice to let in some light. There was no wine opener in the kitchen & no broom in the unit (but we were told to leave the unit “broom clean”). We had to get both items from the front desk. Each bathroom had only 1 bar of soap so we had to keep moving it from the sink to the shower. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a pain. And several of the outlets didn't work which led to uncharged phones the next morning. Very frustrating.

It has a great deck with an awesome hot tub and bbq pits in case you wanted to stay in for a night to relax, which we did! The front desk was helpful with whatever you needed. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great stay in New Orleans. Looking forward to coming back again real soon!
