The Space
Your private unit at The Natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building
Unit 2202 is located on the 2nd floor (accessible via elevator) and boasts its own private patio with private hot tub & gas BBQ grill.
Six adults can be accommodated in this 3-bed, 2-bath unit. The “primary” bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share access to one bathroom. Please note that all bedrooms in this unit require stairs - the primary bedroom is slightly raised and requires 6 stair steps to access, while the queen bedrooms require a full storey.
The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering
Your spacious 1,400 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs:
-Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils
-Coffee maker, toaster, and blender
-Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided
-Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels
Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out!

Check in with our helpful front desk upon arrival to receive your keycode. This keycode will grant you access to the front door to our property 24/7, as well as to your private unit
Arriving prior to check-in time? We are happy to store your luggage until your unit is ready! This service is available after check-out as well. Early check-ins are complimentary if available, but cannot be guaranteed
Arriving after hours? Self check-in is always available
Our outdoor areas, including pool, hot tubs, sundeck, cabanas, and BBQ grills are available to all guests on property from the hours of 7am until 11pm. Quiet hours begin at 10pm
Let us make your vacation even easier! Grocery stocking is available through our front desk & concierge service. Request our baby package - including pack n play, high chair, children's bowls & utensils, and outlet covers. We can also assist you with booking a private chef, tours & dinner reservations, and more!
Other Things to Note
Public parking is available less than one block from our front door. We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.
If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.
Eleven other condos are available for rent in this building in case your group needs more space – or your friends want to join! Stayed the weekend in New Orleans for red dress run, the property was better in person, pictures did not do it justice, very clean, very comfortable, great location, wonderful amenities cannot recommend it enough

We stayed 3 nights. Loved the property. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Got fat on all the great food less than 0.5 miles from the condo. Pool was great to cool off on the hot afternoons.

We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world, including others in NOLA but The Natchez is so much more! It may as well be a full hotel with the service, ammenties and care they provided. The communication was above and beyond, they even got our groceries for us! The location is convenient to every site, streetcar and bus. It's the full package!
The building was converted into apartments so if you are not used to hearing your neighbors above you or through the walls that could be jarring. Unfortunately on our last night we had some very loud folks check in upstairs who were heavy-footed. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs but even that should deter you from staying at The Natchez.

I stayed at the property with my family for Mardi Gras 2023. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything. It was close to lots of parades, restaurants and bars. The property itself was very nice and clean and they had Mardi grad snacks and waters out in the reception area every day. The personal hot tub on the balcony was great to enjoy nightly while playing music and listening to the sounds of the city. I also liked how every room had cable TV and options to connect to Netflix, etc. the kitchen was stocked with all the dinnerware you would need. The only criticism I would give is the heat of the water when showering. There did not seem to be an option to make the water any hotter despite turning the knob and it only went to Luke warm. I am a person who loves to take a hot shower so this was really lacking for me.

Very cool condo, a good location. The staff was very friendly and attentive. (Thanks Parin) My only issues were the condo needed a more thorough cleaning and our hot tub was not working. Would definitely stay here again.

Heart of the New Orleans; quiet street
We loved our apartment and outdoor space--a place in the city, but quiet street. The personnel were all friendly except for one night guard who did not understand the protocol for service dogs. I would highly recommend Natchez.

Awesome bachelorette location
Came here for my bachelorette party and rented 2 condos. We had an awesome time! Grounds are beautiful and located walking distance from bourbon. Pool and hot tub were very nice and beds were extremely comfortable.

21st Bday celebration was a hit!
Great property, great space, perfect for six adults; Loved the balcony and spent much time out there in the evening; enjoyed the hot tub too. Having groceries delivered was great! We had everything we needed and just enjoyed our time and dinner reservations. The property is close enough to the quarter to walk to, but a bit more of a distance to the heart of the Garden District. Felt safe at this location for sure! The balcony faces Poydras and sits between Magazine and Camp for those familiar with NOLA. Great times had by all!

Great condo, close to everything
Had a great stay. The unit was fantastic with everything we needed. Walking distance to everything but still in a quiet location. Very nicely appointed, would definitely stay here again.

The condo felt like a real apartment in the city, yet it was still quiet enough for this country girl to get an AMAZING nights sleep. The bedding was super soft and welcoming. The condo itself was just as pictured so sleek and sexy just as advertised.
The STAFF were SO nice, friendly, and accommodating! Super thumbs up.
Only small negatives, * the hot tub wasn’t full the night of arrival. That was remedied the next day and the ones that partook really enjoyed it. *. It was clean to about a 4 star level. The corners of the floors looked like they were due for a broom and a mop. Not badly, just “due”.
Also, Natchez folks... protect your investment! Get some door stops in the bathrooms! It was sad to see the door handles marking (and denting!) up those walls especially since it was obvious so much care had gone into the renovation.
But would I recommend? A HARDY “YES”. Great location and over all a 4.8 experience. Thank you Natchez for helping make our trip memorable in a GOOD way.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I didnt have a chance to check out the pool area but it looked really nice and had grills you could use. The location is just steps away from the French Quarter but also in an area that is quite so you can actually sleep at night. Cant wait to go back!

The perfect apt. in NOLA.

Amazing!
This rental was beautiful, inside and out, full of New Orleans character, and within walking distance of all that the city has to offer. The front desk workers greeted us with a smile the second we walked in and offered any assistance we needed during our stay. Everything was clean, well maintained, and I would highly recommend staying here, whether it be for out of town guests or locals wanting to enjoy their city.

Short business trip, but will return with friends.
We had a great time in New Orleans! Originally it was supposed to be all business, but the time that we spent together with colleagues at the Natchez also allowed us to do some team building. The accommodations were very spacious and well equipment for an in house team building dinner, and after relaxation around the hot tub. It was also only a short walk to the conference. The staff at the hotel was very helpful in directing us to places where locals go to have fun and enjoy the city. We will be back with family and friends for a future visit that will be ALL FUN!

Beautiful Property
We really enjoyed our stay at The Natchez in New Orleans. Our rental unit was fabulous, private patio with our own hot tub and upscale grill. Furnished tastefully and the kitchen was so well equipped you could prepare a gourmet meal if you choose to do so. It is a short walk to River Walk and the French Quarter, very convenient.
Loved the place!!!!
