Excellent size room with great sea view, room was clean but basic, ideal for a short stay.

Our room had a fantastic sea view, the room was basic but clean, had everything you needed for a short stay. The gentleman on reception was very polite and welcoming, having a car park was a great bonus. The old fashioned lift was fabulous but only worked if previous user remembered to close both gates. Overall, the room was great for our short stay but if your not looking for luxury this hotel may not be for you. We would definitely stay again but next time we would bring my own pillows. Ideal if going to Venue Cymru as right next door. Very decent price for a Saturday night with a sea view

The room was a decent size although needed a bit of attention, especially in the bathroom but that doesn't take away from your stay. Definitely need better pillows as they were very uncomfortable, wifi was good. Although we didn't have meals here the restaurant looked extremely busy at meal times. If mobility is an issue its about a 10min walk from main town centre.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly, food was excellent and it was warm!

It was a little bit noisy in the evening with the entertainment from below, but that was understandable as there was a coach party staying, and it was quiet by 10.30

This hotel was lovely, nice clean and fresh spacious room with a lovely seaview, lovely dining area allthough we did not use and a lovely touch with the old lift, good size bathroom too

We will stay again next time we are at the theatre. Good value and very clean and tidy room.

Breakfast and location was very good. We were going to the theatre and the hotel was right next door. Breakfast was very organised and tasty. We had a lovely sea view and the weather was gorgeous.

A short but very enjoyable stay. Well worth a return visit

The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms are modern, light and airy with comfortable beds.

Once again a very pleasant stay thank you Mr. David Sheriff and your staff

Served speedily and with a very pleasant attitude by the staff was adequate for both myself and my wife the porridge was exceptional at breakfast the evening meal gave us a fair choice and as far as we were concerned cooked to perfection

The lack of patrons use of the entertainment laid on for there benefit good nights ruined by lack of attendees.

Hotel very clean, room very good, but bed and pillows terrible

Breakfast was very good, never had pre order before, but it was ideal. Location was perfect being very near to the theatre and the shops.

THE BED WAS VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE SPRINGS REALLY DIGGING IN ALL NIGHT. THE PILLOWS WERE PILLOWS FROM HELL, FELT LIKE WE WERE SLEEPING ON CONCRETE BLOCKS, HAD VERY LITTLE SLEEP. THE SLEEPING PART OF OUR STAY REALLY SPOILT WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A VERY SATISFACTORY STAY. Would stay again if guaranteed better bed and pillows.

Service was prompt and friendly. Bacon was tasty. Egg was well cooked.

Sausage was bland and very processed. White toast wasn't toasted it was white bread. Baked beans were cheap and watery. Breakfast was huge but I'd rather pay more for quality ingredients. Big isn't always best.

pleasant stay . loved the sea view

location.. sea view room.. had lift although was abit fast and stops with a bang

didn’t like the loose teabags in the wooden box looked like they had been there ages.. room abit cold in the evening as heating wasn’t on long enough

Llandudno weekend.

Good Location , excellent breakfast, clean room, Parking. Staff very friendly.

Loud entertainment , bingo, but that's personal preference. A large number of guests obviously loved it. Not a major concern.
