Excellent stay
No fuss. Justa vlesn and tidy room
Stayed for 3 nights for work
Was quiet even though bus stop right out side
Id happily recommend the Aberdeen house Hotel
9.0 / 10.0
Location excellent, immediately adjacent to train and bus stations, shopping centre and close to town centre. Although building somewhat tired, was clean, comfortable and well appointed with plenty of coffee/ tea provided.
Lots of stairs.

Friendly host
Hotel only a few mins walk from bus/railway station
Decent size room with a comfy bed
Good WIFI
Tea/Coffee facilities
Room was cold when arrived (heater could have been turned on considering it was booked)
Took a while to get the hot water to come through
Window needs to be fixed as there was a draught coming through on a cold night & could hear traffic/people outside.

All was ok

Very helpful owners/staff, helped all through our stay. Very clean hotel.
In the middle of town and by a bus stop and near shops and train station.

Nothing just a basic room
We arrived and got our key but as we went in the room realised it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. Back down to the reception we went and the lady swapped our room to a family room which wasn’t really ideal. There was only 1 decent size towel to shower with that myself and partner had to share both at night and in the morning. We ran out of toilet paper later that evening and no staff were around to ask for more. There was no iron either which is unusual. Over all it’s ok to get your head down for the night but that’s about it really. Very basic

My room is great. It is so clean and functional. No frills, but everything works. The shower is good but maybe too strong. I want my room again.
The decor is eclectic and quaint. But it has a charm.

Nothing, it was the last hotel in Aberdeen with a room nice I see why. Towels were clean and shower although very small had good water pressure and temperature
Everything, dirty room, smelly bed and pillows very old and unkept hotel. £323 per night no breakfast

The check in and check out times, terrible! You barely even stay there .

The mattress was very comfortable. The room was clean with simple decor and a nice bathroom.
It was a little noisy with people passing on the way home from a night out. Didn't last long though. Understandable for a central location.

The room was immaculate. Very clean. Good shower.. TV. Tea and coffee making facilities, 4 immaculate towels. Very quiet and, at the price, you couldn't do any better. 5 ⭐
I liked it all.

The bathroom was large.
The manager was very helpful.
A bed side light would have been good.
The shower door was a little kaputt.

It was close to where I needed to be.
It wasn't easy to find even on a main street... Also thank Google maps for that...
It was extremely dirty in the toilet, literally poop and snot all over the wall..

The central location made it a good choice.
Be aware that when you book an executive single room, unlike the pictures on internet. Not all single executive rooms have the window in the room. They can be in the bathroom. So you pay extra money for technically slightly better than standard. Apparently you can request the one with the window in the room but you have to request on booking. As it is not made clear on booking page you just get allocated one so pot luck. Was left feeling very disappointed as room was very small and the window was in the bathroom, so seemed very dim and tiny.

rooms had lots of space, clean, comfortable beds, owners welcoming

The stairs lol

Bedlinen and towels seemed clean, we'll know later.
Sorry to say but the state of the room was sub par. The carpets were marred and dirty. There was nothing to hang a coat on and slippers would have been reassuring considering how dirty the floor carpet was. The bathtub had marks and the curtain was not clean. Not clean was all I thought about. Not staying again. Missed Travellodge which would have for the same price guaranteed been cleaner.

close to train station
first room we were in had no toilet roll and the tv was broken, got moved to another room with a “working” tv which only had one channel and the shower didn’t work. staff were ok in helping us find another room but couldn’t understand what they were saying as they spoke in short, quiet, broken sentences. carpets were covered in stains and i don’t even want to guess what they were. every flat surface absolutely caked in dust as well. and the general look of the building gives off indians jones vibes. very 80s and falling apart
