Lovely modern spacious room and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast to order. Food was outstanding. Liked having a fridge in the room.
Shower head was loose and kept dropping off the bracket. Bin in the bathroom was full of last persons rubbish. Wardrobe door kept jamming.

Property was lovely inside and out
Only issue me and my partner had was girl that teen are orders for breakfast was very abrupt and ran out door after us with assumption had not payed or this is how we felt at the time and room was payed for on arrival

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra personal. Bra läge med gångavstånd till centrum. Väldigt bra frukost med flera olika valmöjligheter. Mysig bar på hotellet som serverade god mat.
Jag har inget att klaga på.

Great location for us. Modern room. Lovely staff.
Some small snagging and maintenance in room. Clearer signage/more staff to assist.
5.0
Room was lovely, spacious and had a pleasant view. Had a good nights sleep.
Breakfast was great and the staff were able to accommodate my off-menu request.
Only fault was that the fan in the bathroom stayed on for a very long time after the light had been put off and was really loud. But that was a tiny fault and didn't impact on our stay.
4.5
Warm welcome and booked in early. Ideally situated with onsite parking and an easy 15/20 minute walk from theatre and shopping. Room was spacious, cosy and comfortable. Loved the different lighting options. Tea/coffee supplies plentiful & the fridge was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent.
Bathroom is lovely but nowhere to hang towels if, like me, you are vertically challenged. A hook on the back of the door would have been useful.
4.5
Lovely hotel in good location, 10 min walk from Union Street. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Only negative was poor soundproofing in the bedrooms on the first floor. Noise from the bar was quite loud in the evening. I wore earplugs so it didn’t bother me, but may be an issue for others.

- sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
- nette Bar und gutes Restaurant mit Außengastronomie
Aufgrund der vielen Restaurantgäste ist es schwierig als Hotelgast einen Parkplatz zu bekommen

Room was superb and free parking was a bonus
The meal in the restaurant was disappointing. The monkfish special was dry and the accompanying vegetables were not very appetising ; the fish and chips were tasty but poorly presented. The coffee in the morning was underwhelming.

Breakfast was good . Hotel is good value for money.
Bathroom felt a bit ropey! Shower tray felt spongy and bathroom floor a bit like a trampoline!

A great location particulary if you needed to get to the countryside easily. Staff were extremely friendly and the food for dinners and breakfast were excellent. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. They moved us to a lower floor straight away when we ot there as the stairs were an issue for my partner.
No complaints whatsoever
3.5
Excellent location. Very popular place for family meals. Room was spacious with views across the city.
Shower is very poor. Took a long time for hot water to come through. The drain must be blocked because by time hot water came through, the shower basin had flooded and the whole bathroom floor was flooded.

Location.Building. Breakfast was excellent.
The shower was quite weak flow. The reception was inside the restaurant and so wasn't staffed which made handing and collecting key awkward. We were asked to hand in key when leaving building.

Everything! Gorgeous property and faclities, lovely room, and fabulous breakfast. Incedible value for 5 star accommodations.
Nothing, would come back and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Aberdeen.

Room was a fab size and immaculately clean! Whole hotel was very very clean. Staff very pleasant and chatty. We never ate in the restaurant but breakfast was lovely.
Nothing that we can remember!

Facilities were exactly what we expected, staff very friendly and a good breakfast. Would definitely stay again great value for money.
Nothing

I like the hotel, and staff, very much...but our room was up two steep flights of stairs with the bed against a combed ceiling, and dinner on the Friday night took far too long to be served, the hotel shouldn't have taken so many bookings
See above.

Beautiful looking and so clean. The room was lovely and we could not fault it.
The parking was a slight issue.

Location with parking on site. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable and quiet.

Liked the ambience of the hotel. Weekend we stayed there was very warm and sunny. Both the garden, lounge and dining room were extremely busy but well serviced by staff who were efficient and pleasant. Nothing was a bother for them, Food excellent,
The noise from the air conditioning unit (outside the bedroom window) kept us awake for most of the night. Not so good. A door just outside the bedroom caused a bit of upset as other guests had to use it to get to and from their bedrooms. Can.t really blame them but perhaps the door could be repositioned at some time in the future.

Friendly staff, lovely site.
No elevator (historic building is exempt), so heavy bags are hard to get upstairs.
One side of the bed sagged uncomfortably, it felt like rolling off the bed! I found pillows in the closet and shoved 2 small ones under the mattress to sleep.

Very nice building, as you can see it on the pictures.
The restaurant is just great: beautiful, nice food, large choice of drinks
4.5
The room was lovely and the hotel itself was interesting - not just a box! The takeaway breakfast (bacon and egg rolls) were amazing!
Breakfast was very slow to be served on the day that we ate in.
3.5
It was close to the city centre.
The bedding was thin, it could do with better quality pillows and duvets. The shower took a long time to heat up.
4.5
Friendly staff.
Ideal location.
Lovely breakfast.
Good value.
No hairdryer in room.
