Just book this hotel, you won't be sorry!

Made a reservation on a short notice. When we came, we were absolutely satisfied with the stuff, how pleasant they were, and room - so clean, so beautiful. Recommend without hesitation. If we ever come back to Vrnice, there is no reason to stay in hotel one more time.

The location is very good.

The main hotel seems lovely. I don’t recommend the annex building we were in. The noise level was truly awful. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to sleep.

i went with much expectations, cause i know some hotels in this price category could disappoint. Oh boy was i wrong. we arrived very late before midnight and very easy to check in. Staff is super friendly and very helpfull. You can take free water and coffee and breakfast is really nice. I really can recommend this hotel. If i would come back to Venice, i would definitely pick this 1 again. Thx for everything 👍

A really good value for money hotel in the best location!

The hotel was in the best location! It was a 5 minute walk from St Marks Square and a 3 minute walk from the Rialto bridge. There were lots of supermarkets and a pharmacy close by too which was very handy.

There was nothing not to like - the hotel provided toiletries, very comfortable bed, fresh towels each day, air con was very good, lovely view of the canal, I couldn’t complain about anything!

RUINED OUR HOLIDAY- MOSQUITO INFESTED AND RUDE STAFF

location however was not in the main hotel, down a dark small side street.

AWFUL DO NOT STAY HERE. BROKEN MOSQUITO MESH RESULTING IN OVER 40 INSECT BITES IN SPACE OF 2 DAYS. UPON RETURNING HOME BEEN TOLD THEY ALSO LOOK LIKE BED BUG BITES. TRIED TO GET MONEY BACK FOR OUR LAST NIGHT TO STAY ELSEWHERE BUT THEY REFUSED AS WE BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.COM. THEY MOVED US TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROOM WHICH WHEN WE ENTERED ALL THE MOSQUITO NETS WERE UP AND WINDOWS OPEN SO WE HAD TO SPEND TIME CHECKING THE ROOM FURTHER. ALSO RUINED OUR DAY PLANS AS WE HAD TO SPEND TIME PACKING AND UNPACKING THEN GOING TO BUY BITE SPRAY/CREAM/ANTI HISTAMINES. HAVE SINCE CALLED TO TRY AND GET A REFUND AND THEY SAID ITS OVER 6 DAYS SO WE CANT, HOWEVER ITS NOT OVER 6 DAYS- LADY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE ASKED ME TO CALL BACK. WHEN I CALLED BACK A DIFFERENT LADY TOOK THE CALL AND LAUGHED AT US. STILL TRYING TO SPEAK TO MANAGER TO OBTAIN A REFUND FOR SUCH A TERRIBLE STAY.

Great rooms for families and the breakfast was exceptional

No complaints. Our room wasn’t in the main hotel where breakfast is served but that wasn’t a problem for us.

The main hotel is very nice the staff were very good but our room needed updating with a new shower.

The location was really good, very quiet. The room was clean but very dated.

We had booked with this hotel but when we arrived we were shown to another building down the street which was a little surprised. The room was dingy, the bed was increadably hard and very uncomfortable and the shower was very dirty behind the door, obviously it was cleaned with the door open. I guess we were in the cheap room.

Nice but stinky.

Very close to everywhere in downtown Venice. Great value on the New Years Eve fish menu. Friendly and inviting staff we’re able to help us with baggage.

Staircase stunk, smelled almost like dirty water / raw sewage.

Quick Romantic Trip to Venice

The hotel is spot on central for Venice.

Having to go to the next door building to reach the reception, as the main reception is the opposite building. But then again the staff were very quick to address issues over the phone, without having to go across to reception.

Not easy stay

There is no reception in San Luca hotel, reception is located across the street in the hotel nearby. The smell in property was bad. Better book the hotel 'Bella Venezia', it has reception and elevator and it is 4-star hotel.

There is no elevator in the property and we were placed into high floor. It was a challenge to get into high floor with the luggage as we are 2 girls traveling. We asked to get a room on the lower floor, and we were granted a room in hotel 'Bella Venezia', but only for 1 night. Then we were moved 2 streets across to the other hotel 'Casa dolce', where no elevator and no reception.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, steps away from San Marco’ square and Rialto bridge. Rooms are cozy and the well arranged. The staff was very helpful and kind. the price extremely reasonable considering the facilities and the location.
