great locatoin -- room rugs and drapes old and dirty and smelled.

the location was in the center of the town and the views are specular

The room location was great. The rug smelled terrible and was very old and dirty. Never steam cleaned. walked on the rug with socks. We had to keep the outside door open to try to mitigate the smell. Hotel mgr said he knows and will be replacing all rugs in the spring.. Time will tell

More really a personal issue - my partner thought the bed was just a little bit to hard to sleep. Apart from that very happy with hotel and would go back again.

We arrived off the ship late, but there was someone there at the desk & had turned on our room heat.

Breakfast was included. Cappuccino was very good. The staff was very friendly.

Disappointing, but walkable to cruise shuttle if you don’t have much luggage.

The staff was very pleasant, Wi-Fi was fine. It’s very close to busy, shopping streets of Civitavecchia.

The room was probably typical for what I paid, but breakfast was cold, prepackaged, disappointing. There was no armchair or in-room safe. I’d chosen this location because of proximity to port and shuttle to ships, but when I asked directions to shuttle bus, the directions were incorrect and couldn’t have been the right pick up spot for years, if the accumulation of trash and the long locked gate I found there were indicators.

Proximity to cruise terminal and central to bars restaurants etc. One of the staff members walked us part of the way to cruise entrance the following morning which was very thoughtful!

No lift so had to carry cases up stairs but receptionist helped! Rooms dated but very clean.

Love the location close to the cruise terminal! Staff are friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast and cappuccino's in the morning. Was an easy walk around the corner to the free cruise shuttle buses that go directly to the cruise ships. We had many large suitcases so this was important to us as we didn't want to bother with taxis on the morning of the cruise. There is a fantastic pizza place almost next door, was great for an easy dinner! Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel in a lovely city.

It was an easy 18 minute walk from Stazione Civitavecchia. I had requested a quiet room, so I was on the 4th floor with some nice views towards Civitavecchia. I slept well and had no problem at all with noise. The room was perfect, with a comfortable bed. I was able to control the temperature inside as there was an AC/Heat unit controllable by remote control. The bathroom had everything you needed with a shower that was on the small side, fortunately no problem for me, but it may be a struggle for someone very tall or on the larger side. It worked fine and I had no problem. The breakfast was Continental in style with a nice selection of pastries, bread, cold cuts and cheese as well as some cereal options. The lady who brought me my daily coffee was lovely and friendly. For those taking a cruise, this is the best hotel to stay in Civitavecchia, as it's within a 5 minute's walk to the Largo dela Pace port entrance where you catch a bus to your ship. The gentlemen at the front desk where outstanding and a pleasure to deal with.

Loved everything. Nothing to dislike.
