Will choose it next time in Osaka

Good Location

Everyday's housekeeper has different way to cleaning the room, some days clear up the bed but the other days not, even though we left "change towers only" sign on door everyday, we just feel confused

먼지가 많아도 위치가 너무 좋은 호텔

위치가 엄청나게 좋았다. 냉방도 잘 되었다. 그리고 뷰가 매우 좋다. 조식은 맛있지만 이 가격을 받을 정도인지는 모르겠다.

침구류와 수건에 먼지가 너무 많았다. 침대에 스프링이 튀어나왔다. 꾸며진 모습이 비해 내실이 부족한 호텔.

Great location, room and services

Everything was great during our visit. The room is as expected and beyond with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities (more than we expected). Location is very convenient from namba station exit 30. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. Each of them is willing to help you anyway they can. We got luggage delivered to hotel with no issue. They also stored our luggage safely during the last day so we could enjoy town after check out for few more hours. They also helped us transport some luggages to next destination. We were on 30th floor and water pressure is better than at our house.

Lovely and enjoyable stay as always.

The location is very close to OCAT making it easy to commute to airport i.e. to lug your shopping hoard home. There’s a supermarket and convenience store downstairs which makes it even super convenient. Rooms are good sized and housekeeping standards are good.

JR難波駅直結でアクセスがよい。イングランド文化を取り入れた建物やロビーの調度品が格式高く非日常な時間を過ごせた点が良かった。

建物やロビーがイングランドの文化を感じられたが、客室はごく一般的で、電話機などの備品がビジネスホテルにあるようなレベルだったのが残念。ホテル内のバーの営業時間が20時までと短く、都市部にある割に使い勝手が悪い。

Convenient and pleasurable stay

Convenient location close to Namba area, shopping and public transportation We took limousine bus from Kansai airport to OCAT, just a short walking distance to hotel Room was cleaned everyday and toiletries replenished

Very small room for 3 people Could not fully open our 2 medium luggages No early check-in; we arrived at 2pm but still had to wait for 3pm check in time

The mood of the hotel is luxurious and the staff is very friendly. You can enjoy a variety of Japanese food for breakfast. The hotel looks even better thanks to the working old gentlemen.

The sink is clogged. It's not a problem because it's only one night.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The amenities were complete.

I shared the room with my 2 sisters, it was quite tight but manageable. The location from the airport was easy as it is right beside JR Namba, and it connects to Namba Walk so it was easy to walk to Dotonbori.

The hotel was located at the 22nd floor of the building, so we had to take an elevator to get to the lobby, then another to our room. One evening, our aircon started to make a noise, and we were about to go to sleep. Maintenance came right away to check the problem, but eventually, the noise disappeared on its own.

beautiful hotel close to Dotonburi, great value

- large room - beautiful - large tub - shampoo and conditioner were great quality - VERY close to station

- no coin laundry - 2 elevators needed to get to room, meant going to room took longer as you needed to enter main lobby and then ascend to room via separate elevator

Great location and worth the price. We will definitely stay there again.

The location was great. Next door was the OCAT which made it so convenient to go to the airport. Namba Walk was right under so we were able to walk through when it was raining. And we enjoyed the shops along the way. A huge grocery was also right below the hotel and a Family Mart for quick purchases.

Excellent stay

Very organised, staff were friendly & eager to help. There was an earthquake during my stay and staff did everything they could to support & help guests. They ensured we understood what was happening and what to do.

ホテル室内が綺麗だった。受付の対応がスムーズ。朝食が美味しかった。朝食の場所も見晴らしが良かった。朝食のスタッフさんの対応も良かった。

ラウンジが20時までと、少し終了が早い。ドリンクだけであれば、もう少し遅い時間まであけてほしい。夜景が見れなかった。

It's a beautiful hotel in a really nice location. it was clean, gives you all the little items inclusing hair brush, tooth brush and even pajamas!

its a bit outdated and the closet is very small. rooms are also tiny. for 2 people, i wish we had little more room.

大満足。楽しめました。

この立地で駐車場1500円がかなりお得。台数も多く５階、６階がホテル&オフィスの駐車場になっていて安心でした。宿泊日のチェックイン時間より早く着いても駐車OKでとてもよかった。道頓堀まで地下街を通って徒歩10分ほど。飲食店もたくさんあるし賑やかな道頓堀、心斎橋で楽しく遊べました。ホテルの下にはLIFE（スーパー）、ファミマ、スタバなどがあり便利。お部屋は30階に宿泊させていただき、静かでゆったり過ごすことができました。遠くにあべのハルカスや通天閣が見えて夜景も綺麗でした。バストイレも広くて快適。シャワーがミラブルで嬉しかったです。また利用させていただきたいと思います。

ありません。が、、朝食がもう少しリーズナブルなお値段なら利用したかもしれません。朝はそんなに食べられないのでやめました。

Excellent hotel location, but needs some attention on hygiene

The location is excellent

The daily room cleaning requires improvement. For example, my used tea/coffee mugs were not washed properly as there were tea stains on the cups. This does not bode well for the hygiene standard of the room utensils.the
