Einfach perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit, in einer magischen, wunderschönen Umgebung. Sehr feines Essen und alle Mitarbeit

Überrascht wurden wir bereits nach dem Einchecken mit einem Upgrade, bekamen ein Zimmer im Chalet mit Balkon und Seesicht. Sehr sauber, durchdacht mit viel Platz und Charme.

Une superbe nuit dans un magnifique endroit.

Le rapport qualité/ prix était très avantageux, notamment avec son accès au spa et le petit très copieux à volonté. Le personnel était aux petits soins , les chambres très spacieuses avec une superbe vu.

Comme nous avons réserver sur booking l’entrée du parc était assez compliqué pour aller à l’hôtel.

Kurzurlaub mit höchstem Erholungspotenzial

Aussergewöhnliche Lage, fernab und doch so nah der „Zivilisation“ ein absoluter Ruhepol, eine Oase! Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Abends, wenn die Tagesgäste abgereist sind, ist es sehr gemütlich und entspannt, den See für sich alleine; ) Die Saunaanlage klein aber fein! Das Personal so herzlich, zuvorkommend und motiviert, es schien, als hätte die besondere Atmosphäre des Ortes sich auch auf die Menschen dort übertragen. Kannte bisher zwar den Ort als Tagesausflug- werde jedoch sicher wieder als Übernachtungsgast zurück kommen!

Lovely hotel hidden in the national park, by the lake Blausee.

Everything was wonderful. Location: The hotel is in the middle of the park and by the lake Blausee. No ticket needed to entre the park. Room: Our room was nice and clean, with hot water for shower which was a big treat and relief after our long hike. Restaurant: Hotel restaurant served a diverse menu, including the famous local trout. The breakfast was on an order basis but unlimited. Spa: We didn't have time to try the spa... Transport: Bus at the park entrance comes once every hour.

For breakfast, it would be great if some cold meal could be served as buffet while the hot meal is freshly ordered and cooked. It would also be great if there could be some instructions provided in the spa area. We were kind of worried to open the doors in that area because we were not sure which room is private and which room is for spa.

"Blausee" at your feet, you can relax in a luxury accomodation, or enjoy the spa.

located just above the beautiful "blausee", nice to see many tourists come & go when you can enjoy the comfort of your own room right there. Breakfast was very tasty & generous, the spa is equipped with steam bath as well as saunas (2). The whole Blausee area as well as hotel & coffee shops or souvenir shop is privately owned, even if it seems to be a natural park & it is obviously well managed.

I was in a "single" room which is very small but you get the same service & amenities as a larger room.

Fabulous!

The location of the hotel is ofcourse fabulous. The spa is very good with different sauna's and a jacuzzi outside. Rooms are not big but nice. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel and the place are magical. You can really relax there. The room was tiny but clean. Bathroom, too. Spa is wonderfull.

In the spa there is no staff, so there were nacked people in the areas where is forbiden to be nacked. You got only one sleepers and bathrobe so when it gets wet it can be interesting. There is no kattler in the room. The main things that I did not like in this hotel is that it is cost oriented and not customer oriented. When you check in they do not offer you a coffee or tea. When I wanted to make a tea in the loby the staff came and told me to do not touch that because it is for the breakfast and if i want a tea it will be arround 4 CHF. This should not happen in this kind of hotel because it is not about 4 CHF, it is about rudness.

like living in a dream!

everything! despite being clearly extremely touristy, the location is stunning. hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly and couldn’t do enough for anyone! hotel an old lady woody Villa but the creaks just added to the character! bar with fire in the evening, jacuzzi and sauna spa, excellent a La carte breakfast. couldn’t find a fault!

Perfect hotel in the perfect location

Location perfect, people very very nice, room (nr 3) perfect, wellness great, lake beautiful, nature perfect. The hotel is situated in the middle of the nature park surrounded by mountains. When you arrive, you walk to the shop for the ticket. If you have a lot of luggage, you can leave it here and they bring it to the hotel. The walk from the shop to the hotel is 5 minutes. Lovely views on the lake! The lake is beautiful, there is a little river running and the hotel is cosy and intimate. The spa is great, you can enjoy it outside with the sounds of nature. Around 5 o'clock most tourist will leave and you have the park for your self. Restaurant is very good with again very very nice people. We would definitely come again, it must be great in the winter too!

Swiss postcard-kind of environment :)

The place is magical, surrounded by mountains. This is the second time I visit and I wish it will not be the last! The rooms and SPA and very well isolated allowing you to have a chill and quiet day even when the park is full of tourists.

The hotel and spa are classic, beautiful rooms, with a great attention to comfort and details. The property is enchanting. The spa is so beautiful and energizing. Our dinner with trout raised right there was amazing. Great wine list too. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.
