Location(view from the property), property & fully functional house with kitchen and essentials
There weren't any essential toiletries (soap, shampoo) and we weren't told that these won't be there- as we're in a big group, many didn't have it.. Unfortunately, as it was Christmas/St stephens day no shops were available and the property office was closed.
While, it might have been a specific days challenge, the property should have informed these aren't there explicitly.
Considering the property was rated 3 star, that was a minimum expectation.

Well the stay was OK but it's 250 deposit when you get there after already paying nearly 700 for two days I'm still waiting on my deposit back nearly month now and when I called the guy wasn't a bit helpful quite cheeky
Having to pay a 250 deposit when you already payed alot of money and I'd no idea we had to pay a deposit so it took nearly all my spending money

It was straight up to receiption which was very well signpost in the estate. We rang a door bell and it was off to the house after that to let ourselves in, very easy to find after the kind people in receiption gave up the location of our house!

Amazing location, right at the cliff walk which was a treat to walk every morning. super helpful staff, and a really spacious house. Our children loved the safe space outside, and the road was so quiet, with plenty of spaces for cars in the drive that they could even play ‘kerbies’. Bundoran is lovely and people are so nice and friendly.
Nothing I can think of. The accommodation is run so professionally

Bit early of a check out time but that was literally the only complaint!

Absolutely fantastic service. Accomodation meets beyond expectations.
The keys could have been left on the door and collect the deposit online.

Home was spacious and clean. It’s big enough to have two families. Could have stayed longer to enjoy the house more. Location is great when visiting tourist areas.
Creaky floor boards

We stayed at the property as a family of 5 including teenagers and our dog. Perfect location for lots of beach walks and about 10 minutes into town for food etc. Would definitely book again.

The location was very nice.
The doors didn't have locks, and one of the rooms door didn't close properly.

Great stay. Very spacious. Great location. Plenty of bathrooms. Close to beach/ town/ walks.
Kitchen and one bedroom had a strong smell of cigarettes. Microwave had food left in it.

Very nice location, very nice house, brilliant weekend. Would definitely stay again
300 quid security deposit on arrival. Wasn't aware if it but it was fine. Staff interrigated us because bed sheets were missing but we never got them. Overall though they were nice
