Excellent location and excellent customer service
Everything fine. Maybe a bit hot inside the rooms.

The room was spacious and beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. Bed was very comfortable. The room faced the pedestrian square but was quiet when the windows were closed. The location was perfect!!!
No safe. No air conditioner.

Beautiful building. Great location. Very friendly reception staff
They need to not accept Amex for online booking. I booked with my Amex and then was unable to pay with it

We stayed in the Kaiser suite, and it's even better than described. It is updated very large and luxurious with many comforts of home. There is a small patio that we enjoyed a beverage on before going out to dinner. The breakfast buffet was included in our rate and is definitely worth selecting when booking. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Christine in reception. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic large rooms, easy check in. Perfect location
No air conditioning for warmer months. They provide you with fans. No English tv channels

Location is fabulous. Regensburg itself is the draw, it is a fun city, and you are in the middle of it.
Driving in was absolutely mad (US driver here, to be fair). Don’t follow Google maps, or at least follow the sequence they tell you: Bismarckplatz, then Gesandtenstraße, then Rote Hahnen Gasse 2, then look across the square to find the courtyard with gold letters spelling “HOTEL” above a courtyard.
Staff was kind. Hotel was just kind of empty. Echoey. No A/C but a fan, which was fine. Breakfast was great. Just old school.

The room was wonderful - extremely clean and better than in the pictures. It was enveloped in history and still equipped with modern comforts!
The location and walking around it was a superb experience. [Getting there, however, would have been impossible without Christina's clear instructions]
The staff was great on the first day - both at the hotel and the restaurant.
The free breakfast was delicious and the portions were extremely generous!
The dryer in the room was extremely loud and it didn't really dry very well.😅
The elevator was clunky and unreliable when we were trying to move our luggage on checkout.
There was a mixup with billing (amount charged was slightly higher than mentioned in the bill) and the restaurant staff was icy on day-2.
[None of these take away from the experience too much; we thoroughly enjoyed the stay overall!]

Bottled water in the room for arrival. bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommend and Regensburg is beautiful.

We stayed in April, and had a very enjoyable stay for two nights. We received a very warm welcome and the staff were always approachable. The rooms are pleasantly furnished, and the beds are comfy, for all, great and small. Even the additional bed for our daughter was of a good standard and not just a sofabed. The central location was great.
The man serving breakfast appears to not be a "morning" person.

Very spacious room in the centre of Regensburg. We were able to park our car in the inner courtyard without any problems. Very helpful staff and reasonable price. I would return to the hotel again.

Ideal location if you are traveling to visit the old town. The brekfest is served in hotel’s cafe open to everybody at not only for guest which is a plus. The food was very nice and tasty. Since the hotel is located in old town it was a bit tricky to get there with a car but the stuff was very helpful.
