Room very comfortable and atmospheric in old building.
Breakfast plentiful and high quality with coffee made to your preference.
Hosts friendly and attentive, even carried my suitcase and recommended a masseur as I’d hurt my back. Thank you.
Short walk to train and all attractions of old city.

Lovely hosts.

When I arrived, I realised that I had received an upgrade! The rooms were really good sizes and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was a good size too and there was a little separate loo. It's a small hotel and I used the self-check in facility, which worked perfectly. The very friendy and accommodating owner/manageress had contacted me prior to my arrival and was always available per mobile phone for any questions that I had. The excellent, healthy breakfast was served just across the road in the very pleasant "Vincent". Great central location and I would definitely stay here again!
There is nothing about my stay that I could fault!

Our hostess prepared a wonderful tray of cereals, meats, cheeses, fruits and yogurts. Also, she provided a basket full of bread oh all kinds. Parking was free.
Location was good but in a crowded area of town.

Wonderful breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Had to leave one early due to train strike. Had to pay for 3 nights, but on!y stayed 2 nights. No credit offered if they could rebook our rooms. Not happy with booking.com in dealing with situations beyond our control.

The warm welcome and friendliness. Artistically presented breakfast.
The room was very hot with only an air blower. However, it was a very hot week. Could not have windows open at night due to some street noise / traffic.

Very nice property at a great location. The owners were on site most of the day as they have a very nicely done type of cafe right across the small street by the hotel. Very friendly and helpful owners, would recommend and I will use again when we return to the city!

Great breakfast and friendly staff

Very nice small hotel in an 800 year old, newly refurbished building. Great service, the owner (?) who welcomed us in the evening and served a great breakfast on the morning, really seems to love what she is doing - a rare quality these days!
Nothing negative to say. A small downtown hotel in summer can be a bit warm, but this is to be expected.

It was such good value for money run by the most charming and helpful people

The hotel is centrally located making it easy to walk the entire city of Regensburg. The hotel has been renovated to blend historical charm and modern features. Each morning we went to the coffee shop for breakfast which is a fantastic bargain! We felt pampered and the breakfast was tasty and filling! The owner and staff took time to talk to us every morning making us feel even more at home.
