Very nice, modern and well located hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great rooftop terrace (if in the mood, try a pisco with a cheese platter! :))
Special kudos to the doorman: most dedicated and attentive staff member ever.

Super indico a hospedagem.
Nada relevante.

Beautiful room, really spacious, and comfortable. Amazing bed linen and towels, fabulous quality. Absolutely loads of staff, all very willing and helpful. Gorgeous rooftop bar restaurant. Lovely check-in experience. Immaculate daily cleaning and turndown service. Stunning public areas and corridors, very chic.
Our only issue was a 24 hour WiFi outage. We weren’t using mobile data locally, so it was quite inconvenient. The hotel was no-doubt let down by its provider, but it did create hassle for us.

The location is fantastic. I walk to the major sights of Santiago
Old world charm with the best service I have experienced in any hotel.

This hotel is amazing. Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!
None. They did everything perfectly!

Very professional services and staff. Spacious room with comfortable bed and lots of toaletries in a beautiful bathroom. Awesome views from the rooftop!

first - food in the evening was very average
second - forgot to take our luggages when we had little time to leave - had to wait
third - served an omelette rather than what I asked ie a scrambled eggs and then tried to explain to me that it was a scrambled eggs

The breakfast was exceptional, they offer you a menu and you order what you want from it, everything comes fresh and it's definitely better than having a buffet with cold stuff. All the staff was superb, they speak English fluently and are very friendly and do their best to accommodate w/e you want.
The room is big, with a good table to work on and a nice comfortable chair to sit in, you can work just fine if you need. On the right side of the work table, there was another chair, a comfy one, probably for reading and/or just relaxing. Another great thing is the smell of the entire hotel/room, it's extremely clean and has a smell that relaxes you.
nothing.

The location is great - walkable to central Santiago and central market, close to restaurants and metro station. Room was comfortable, very clean and quiet! The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was a great value. Would definitely recommend.
Room is a little dark.

I liked everything; the highlights were the attitude of the staff in providing support, information, etc. The location was also very good. The hotel deserves its 5 stars.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore Santiago in all directions. Many sights are within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, albeit a bit too dimly lit. Cleaning is almost excessive, with two rounds per day and someone who comes in to inspect after the first round. The staff is friendly, and mostly bilingual; the concierge was extremely helpful and nice. A mid-20th century atmosphere is maintained throughout, with a slight French touch. The little restaurant on the 9th floor serves very high-quality food. Over the course of the week I pretty much tried the entire menu, and--with one small exception--was always very pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was.
I am not a great friend of breakfast à la carte; it reduces the flexibility, and if you want, say, an extra slice of bread to mop up some egg, it just can take too long to get it (because the kitchen has no concept of “an extra slice” … it needs to toast the bread, sort it, and then comes out with an entire basket, by which time the egg is long cold). The sheer quality of the food being served is excellent, though.

Everyone who works there is lovely - really excellent customer service from everyone I interacted with there.
The room was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom lovely. I didn't eat breakfast there so I can't comment. The hotel is old school stylish luxury.
Luiz (or Luis) who worked behind the bar was awesome - I thoroughly recommend his Pisco Sours as they were delicious! He really knows flavour!
I highly recommend Bocanáriz round the corner - a wine bar and restaurant that also does wine and food pairings. It was so good, I ate there twice.
In terms of class of hotel, I preferred one of the same rating that I had stayed in previously nearby. Bar was smaller than I expected, including the outdoor area. Nothing particularly negative about it, just wasn't really for me as I guess I prefer places a little more modern.

Located in good area within walking distance to parks, small street markets and eating.
Martin the concierge was absolutely marvelous.
Power outage on morning we had early flight. Had to walk with our luggage down stairs from 6th floor in the dark. No assistance from staff.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Santiago. Service impeccable, food in the terrace amazing and the bed comfortable. Decor was lovely and the cocktails were incredible.
The room was a bit noisy. You could hear everything outside the room which was not ideal.
For a 5 star hotel they should really invest in better toiletries such as body wash and hair wash. The stuff they have is below par, it's also a huge amount of plastic waste as they haven't replaced them with refillable bottles like most hotels. Both Magnolia and Lastarria had better body wash and hair wash.

Attractive building and decor. Bed is comfortable.
Management is way too low class for what is billed as a "luxury hotel." They strangely would not allow me to pay in dollars, or accept my US bank credit cards, and demanded I pay up front. Even though I have a US passport, they also demanded that I pay the 19% Chilean sales tax which is supposed to be exempt for foreign travelers. After dinner, they sent the waiter to my room to make me pay the bill instead of doing what reputable hotels do and allow customers to pay their bill at the end of the stay.
Most of the staff were nice and helpful, but a few of them take the hotel way too seriously and look down their nose at you.
This hotel has great potential if they can solve their management issues, but even so you can get better value and similar comfort for about half the price at other hotels nearby.

Check-in process was fine
Everything else. Nobody knows anything about the city or the hotel. For example, you book a massage at SPA, they tell you you can come 30 minutes before to use facilities i.e. sauna and when you come they say you need a separate reservation. Or, touristic bus, they say you need to book it at the office, tell you the location and there’s no office there and actually you can buy it on the bus. It’s too long to list everything but it was absolutely ridiculous. The worst is nobody apart from 1 guy speaks English and it’s virtually impossible to get what you want for your breakfast. The area of the hotel is extremely dodgy, all covered in graffiti with scary looking people on the streets. Any good restaurants are far away.
