The hotel is in a good location, and it's clean.
The reception staff I found rude and not welcoming at all, I spoke to 3 different people at various times at reception, and I felt the same with each of them. Breakfast staff better. No one could speak English, which I also found odd for the centre of a capital city in the centre. I have stayed in much better replaces there for less money and much better service.

The room was big, it had a microwave that helped a lot. Also the bed was big and confy. The shower was magnificent! The staff is very kind and helpful, the guys from the front desk and also the ladies in the breakfast. Everyone very kind!
The neighborhood is not the besttt at night, but during the day is ok and it's very central, easy to go to all the places, near the subway.

Location, relatively clean and spacious room.
Staff is so and so. Not much in terms of speaking english, the check in ones were ok but the breakfast personnel was weird, seemed like they didn.t want to be there and was always checking as if you were stealing something. I only got a goffee and the sma things they gave. At 7 am when I got there, it wasn't even ready and I'm sure omlette wasn.t the knly thing as they were getting ready to fill the 2nd dish when I left 10 mins later.
Internet didn.t work great in my room.

Position ok.
they are incorrect, they do not cash in their national currency, only Dollars, since I have my card in Euros they gave it to me as invalid without Funds. I asked them to transform the amount due into the Chilean peso national currency and then collect, to which they tried to extort the 19% more VAT if I pay in their currency. To which I told him that their law says that only foreigners with residence in Chile have to pay 19% VAT, so I didn't pay only what was due as per the Booking contract. Attention you do not have to pay VAT if you are not a resident, inquire before paying.

Top Location within the City Center, very good Service.
The rooftop restaurant is fantastic - very yummy food, a wide range of beer, wine, good cocktails!

Convenient location
Wi-fi did not work at all. Booked a taxi to airport for which I paid higher fee than the ride from the airport, but hotel, tried to squeeze more profits even then by having another party in the ride. We had to wait 10 minutes for other party and the reception staff kept saying wait a while more. Only after threatening to cancel and ask for refund did the reception staff reluctantly ask the driver to proceed without the other party 😡

Friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great central location for exploring Santiago. And the rooftop bar's a great place for a drink in the evenings.
The breakfast could have offered a few more options, but it did the job.

Great location downtown but with that come more street noise

The location of the hotel was excellent. Walking distance to major tourist locations. Only needed to Uber once in a complete week. Learned the location quickly.
They included breakfast however, what they indicated was breakfast and the time they indicated breakfast was served should not be considered breakfast. For example it was 9:31am they had no coffee and provided you with coffee packets to take back to your room. Normally, they provided pastries with a meat. On the last day we had eggs no meat... No consistency.

The room was great and very confortable.
The hotel is in the city center.
The receptionists don’t speak english and the breakfast was ok… In the night you might listen the sound of the stripclub which is next door.

location, nice staff, large and modern rooms, price
Cleaning should be improved (the floor of the bathroom was dirty as well as the bed sheets).

Spacious and comfortable room.
The hotel is surrounded by strip clubs and even thought I requested a quiet room, I could still hear the music late at night.

Breakfast was very poor...it wasn't buffet, still the same, we couldnt choose. We were disappointed.
10.0
Location was within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Saint Lucia Park and historical sites. There were several "gentleman's clubs" on the block but no one lingered outside. I always felt safe and comfortable.
Hair dryers didn't work and I wish the hotel supplied outlet converters so I could use my own.
