The hotel is special in terms of location and the services that surround it, such as restaurants and cafes, and there is also a pharmacy next to the hotel, as well as in terms of the cleanliness of the hotel. Great stay

Large selection of breakfast and delicious. Got a room upgrade upon check in which was nice. Close to public transport and supermarket. Plenty of restaurants & Bars in the area.

I can't say I didn't like, but rather a personal preference: constant hot water supply with a bit more pressure and a faster lift (I can be a bit impatient).

I loved the stuff, the food in the restaurant up was very delicious with a nice view

The view was the worst, the room was not clean there was a blood on the bed from someone stayed before I think for hair grow surgery , the room size and furniture was not good for a 5 star hotel

-Good location, quiet but there’s nearby facilities in case you needed. -Fast check-in. We booked the corner suites and they upgraded us for free to makel suites which were spacious. -You can view your Netflix account through the TV.

-Breakfast staff are unexperienced and not welcoming. They serve you without a smile or even a nod and sometimes they make you feel like your request is a burden. -The hotel doesn’t feel like a 5-stars hotel in terms of services and luxury. -In the suite, the bathroom is visible from the room (glass wall) which bothered us as a family of 2 sisters and 1 brother (no bathroom privacy)

My hotel experience @ GMHT was by far my most pleasant experience of Turkey!!

The hotel staff was friendly and EXTREMELY helpful!! From the minute I walked through their doors and throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Süden and Aziz for their impeccable service!! Both were so very helpful. Süden, keep smiling. It was always a blessing to be greeted by your warmth and beautiful smile every morning.

Perhaps more complimentary water in rooms.

It was brilliant and I’d definitely visit again!

It was very clean, staff was very efficient and always there to help you, especially the manager Ali, he went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable.

The pool, gym and spa was under renovation so we couldn’t use any of these facilities.

its one of the best of my travel with my family

its very clean and its really five stars, we tried many hotels in Istanbul, this is the best in our opinion.. room is big not small.. and helpful staff around the clock. you can ask about Mr.Aziz and Mr.Ali and Miss.Sudan .. they are all good and doing the best .
