really let down by preparedness of property. Owners are either new to letting or don't care

location near to sea and event we were to attend

Very poor in terms of decor and finishes and beds too small, clear that insufficient cleaning inside and of windows, and unfinished work to correct holes in kitchen ceiling, damp patch in living room, hole in bath, poor completion on electric sockets in living room, some did not work, also no chairs to sit on and a sofa bed in living room really uncomfortable to sit on. No attention to detail. Did not like towels should stick to white not coloured as not sure of cleanliness.

Tv didn’t work house wasn’t very clean nails hanging out the walls and one in floor plugs left open , front door handle wasn’t working and the pictures online are not the same as we got

Warm and comfortable stay with minor faults that could be easily fixed with quick replies from the owner.

Great location that’s close to grocery shops, St. Leonards train station and the seaside. Also, cozy atmosphere

When we arrived, the door handle for the bathroom was broken with loose screws. On one of the beds, there were dirt stains/patches on the pillows.

missing some basics

3 beds and 2 bathrooms

TV didn't work and no response from owner. No toilet roll holders. Steep stairs. Poor renovation work. Mattresses were not great. Nowhere to sit and eat. Even a small table and chairs would help.

Didn’t enjoy it, will not recommend.

It was close to the beach and the train station

Everything pretty much. Located right opposite a very noisy pub, people drinking, smoking and just being loud all evening. Someone was throwing up for hours outside on the floor. There was a musty smell as soon as you walked in the property, it was just damp old smell. The bedding didn’t look very clean, came across a few questionable stains, plenty on hair on the sheets as well. In general everything seemed dirty, there was even hair in the fridge. The carpets seemed very dirty as well. The windows was very dirty as well. There is no where to sit down except a small sofa, for a 3 bedroom property it’s just not enough, nowhere to sit down and have something to eat. The tv was not working, it didn’t have any Chanel’s working. It took two days to get an answer from the owners if we can check in early.

Very good

Great location right by the station and nice parade of shops and cafes, very short walk to the sea front. Nice fresh decor, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds.

The kitchen equipment was a bit sparse. Especially the oven could do with some shelves and oven gloves.

Cosy and close to sea

Very friendly cosy place so close to the train station and the sea. Perfect for a short trip from London.
