Schönes kleines Hotel nahe Earls Court.

Die Lage ist wunderbar - an der Grenze erste zu zweiter Zone bei der Piccadilly Line von Heathrow her. Man kann das Zimmer von Heathrow aus erreichen, indem man nur die paar Stufen beim Hotel rauf steigt. Sonst ist alles barrierefrei! Von der UBahn gibt es den Lift rauf, dann schöne Rampen, ein paar Minuten zu gehen, und im Hotel gibt es einen Lift. Im Hotel gibt es immer frische Früchte und Tee und Kaffee, sogar zwei Nespresso Kapseln pro Aufenthalt. Löskaffee unbegrenzt. Und Becher (for to go) und Porzellanhäferln - super! Hab jetzt immer eigene Nespressokapseln mit im Gepäck, weil jetzt immer mehr Hotels diese Policy haben. Kühlschrank im Zimmer! Fein!!

Kleines Bett, kleines Zimmer, alles vollgerammelt. Wenig Platz zum Dinge abstellen, keine Ablageflächen für TSirts etc, besonders wenn man länger bleibt. Laute Badlüftung, die man auch von den anderen Zimmern immer wieder hört. Allerdings gewöhnt man sich nach zwei Nächten dran, dann ist es nicht mehr so störend. Keine Lobby, kein Frühstückszimmer.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein aber total ausreichend für ein paar Tage und es ist sehr gemütlich. Es war sehr sauber in dem Hotel und es ist keine 5 Minuten von der nächsten Underground Station entfernt, mit der man schnell ins Zentrum kommt.

EL HOTEL ES LINDO PERO LAS HABITACIONES MUY PEQUEÑAS, NO SERVIA EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO, EL CALOR EN LAS AREAS COMUNES ES DEMASIADO FUIMOS EN DICIEMBRE, ESTA MUY LIMPIO PERO SI LES FALTA MUCHO MANTEMIENTO., EL PERSONAL MUY ATENTO.

アールズコート駅から近く、グロスター・ロード駅からもアクセスでき、とても便利でした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、安心して滞在できました。とても静かで、ベットのマットレスは程よい硬さで、観光で疲れたあとゆっくりと休むことができました。小規模なホテルですが、冷蔵庫や電子レンジもあり、快適に滞在できました。

お水のボトルがホコリをかぶってたのは、ちょっと残念でした。

A pleasant stay in a well appointed, if cosy, well located hotel.

Excellent location, close to cafes, Earls Court Station and short travel distance to centre of London. Natural History Museum within walking distance.

Small but comfortable hotel

Room was comfortable and staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Hotel is also located close to the tube station.

A/C wasn't working when I checked in, which the staff informed me and offered to send a fan up as there were no more available rooms. Late check out was confirmed with staff the day before checking out but this was not communicated to the staff on duty the next day who called the room at the original check out time.

Expensive for small room

Staff was friendly.

The room description said it was a small room with a full size bed. It was really small on the main floor. It was clean & decor was nice. Not enough room to leave suitcase open. It was fine for one night.

We were at the Prime for 13 nights and enjoyed the very comfortable bed and clean facilities.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent location, close to 2 tube stations.

The location is very central, good connection with main Underground lines. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly

The floor wasn't levelled which caused the bed to also not be levelled so a bit uncomfortable for a couple. Also bed is on the small side. Other than that, the room had a good size for London standards and was very clean

Good value for London

Very satisfied with my stay. Not what I would call an inexpensive hotel, but for London good value, and I have no regrets having spent more than my usual budget. The staff are very attentive and friendly, the room and bed were very comfortable. The location is quiet, but very easy to get to - Airport Express to Paddington, a short tube ride to Earl's Court, then a 5 minute walk. Thank you to everyone at the Prime

I love my staying in The Prime London Hotel. Super friendly stuff! Thank you guys for candies) Room was small, but very clean and cozy. Bathroom is quite big. In the room you have everything what you need. Nice location, close to the tube. Will definitely stay here again and again.

Great place to stay in perfect location.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Prime London Hotel. I booked at the last minute as an emergency and was welcomed by a lovely lady at the reception who made the check-in process very easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. There was also a chair, and desk - generally a lot of space. Clean bedding, lots of useful hotel gadgets. Tea and coffee-making facilities were great in the room. At night, peace and quiet, no noise. Warm in the room, clean windows. A perfect rest. I will be definitely back next time I'm in London.

I liked everything. No complaints. I loved it.

Basic hotel in a residential neighborhood!

Nothing special about the hotel, except the room size was decent.

There are no services or facilities. You need to go up at least 8 steps to reach the elevator. No parking, not even street parking!

Great stay at the Prime Hotel in London, Kensington

Perfect location in Kensington near Earl's Court. Had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Clean and very convenient. There are numerous places to get breakfast within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Hotel reception is always occupied, and the staff was always very polite and helpful. Thank you! We'll be back!

While the double bed in a small double room is comfortable, it was a bit small for two grown boys. We asked for an extra duvet, with no charge. Thank you!

Excellent location. Comfort bed. But for 125GBP/night, it wasn't a great value for money.

The bed was very comfort, the location is excellent - just a 4-minute walk from Earl's Court - and there was a fridge, a water heater with coffee, and a convenent workspace in the room

There weren't any stairs down to the basement, just an elevator, and it was stuck on the checkout day; there were stains on the carpet and chair; the bathroom was 3/4 open, so most of the floor was wet after taking a shower, and the bathroom floor was just freezing in general. And who thought about the idea of putting together two subsequent doors entering the room, that almost always make you stuck in between?

The hotel is super quiet, my club room was super clean and tidy. The hot water is always available. Convenient location.

Despite booking the biggest room, was no breakfast included.
