Peacefully.

Location, Friendly staff Flexible check in (arrived to Eldoret on an early flight from NBO and they allowed us to check in) and check out times ( had a late afternoon flight so needed a late check out time and the hotel was flexible) Great selection of meals starting from breakfast

A great facility that requires a little touch and sprucing here and there, but a great place.

Best experience I have had in this place.

Breakfast was the best I have ever had. I would recommend to a friend to visit Sirikwa Hotel. Keep it up!!

Air Conditioning should be availed in rooms.

At least an alert would have been sent

I did not stay there as they told me they had no room for me despite getting a confirmation from booking.com. I did not even get an email to say there was no room from them or booking.com As soon as I arrived the staff just shouted at me saying NO ROOM go away. I asked for manager and she explained they were full cause they took up a big group of safari company employees. I had to leave and start looking for transport and accommodation and call my clients to come and see me at the new location.

Disappointing

Staff were helpful

The hotel didn't have my booking, even though I made the reservation in May 23 for 28th of June 23. I ended up not getting the room that I reserved.

The exceptional breakfast, friendly staff. Comfortable bed, very clean atmosphere.

It's always the people who matter. All staff at Sirikwa are friendly and helpful and that's what makes it a good place to stay.

Would like to see the carpets a little cleaner. Carpet cleaner is cheap and you don't need a posh machine. Please buy some at the local supermarket and have a go!

Both good. I have visited Kenya since 1969 so have stayed in lots of hotels.

The carpet in VIP6 is badly stained and needs a good carpet clean. Carpet shampoo is available in all supermarkets. Sirikwa staff need to buy some please.

Poor

Went to the hotel. Asked to view the rooms as it was first time to visit the hotel. Got shown 5 different rooms and all were smelling of heavy smoking. Very unpleasant aroma which made me go to another hotel.

Rooms need to be cleaned thoroughly. Air fresheners need to be used to get bad aroma out. No lift, elderly required to keep that in mind incase you're looking for a place to stay.

Superb

It was just a wonderful place to stay. Food was excellent and the hotel was very clean. I felt very comfortable and safe and will be coming back shortly.

I don't wish to nit pick because this hotel in my opinion is the best in Eldoret. My only concern is that some of the younger staff couldn't understand my bbc spoken English and the reception were always chatting on the phone and making us wait with our enquiries until she had finished.

The amount paid was much for bed and breakfast for only one person I paid an extra fee for breakfast that was not written in the brochure you should be clear next time
