נתן תמורה למחיר , המסעדה יקרה ולא שווה לא אהבתי , אבל מבחינת לינה נהניתי ונתן תמורה למחיר .

מלון נחמד , מקבלים תמורה למחיר , היה לי מאוורר בחדר ונהניתי מהשהות שלי שם , יש מים חמים ואינטרנט טוב , מבחינתי נתן תמורה טובה למחיר .

המסעדה יקרה ולא שווה לקנות בה , עדיף להזמין טייק אווי , יש מקומות שלא הייתי ממליץ לטייל לבד בלילה סביב המלון ,

Too close to the highway. Mattress is too old and uncomfortable Bathroom is too tiny and gets very uncomfortable when showering.

Huge comfortable bed, very clean, big room. Friendly staff.

Check out time is 10:00 instead of the more usual 12:00. I requested late check out as my train was at 15:00 but I was only allowed 10:30. The hotel was clearly not full and I would have appreciated a longer extension so that i could be in the room instead of waiting for hours in the common areas . I think it would be nice some music during breakfast time. There was complete silence that felt a bit uncomfortable at times. Some water leaking under sink in bathroom.

It was good value for money. Just some minor comments on room for improvements!

It was a good size room that was clean and the overall reception and restaurant were nice.

Wifi was not reliable. Some of the staff were not willing to take cash or even help find change. The toilet in the room was leaking and flooded the bathroom.

Loud road

It is in the middle of the centre, hot water.

It was really loud sleeping next to the road in the middle of Nairobi centre, also the bed was not really good. But it was a cheap room so maybe that's what we should have expected. Also we left early but breakfast wasn't ready around 7 so we went out without.

I did enjoy each and every single moment of my stay all visit again.

Just love the customer service especially the receptionist she was really welcomimg i did enjoy my stay thank you .

Amenities for the room were not all placed .

Always love my stay at the facility, the reason for my repeat stays.

Cleanliness of the room and even the beddings. The staff are normally very friendly and helpful.

The portions of servings in the meals that are served. There is need to increase the portions for the customers to get value for the money spent.

Friendly people, looking well the room .and the price is affordable.

1.There is issue of warm water coming up at 3 floors very difficult to shower on your own time Nd the water it very little tis issues need to be sort out . 2. They have to paint the outside of the hotel the pictures that are posted from the website doesn't reflect the reality of the hotel from the outside. The hotel need to look clean from the outside. 3. As guest we re depending on WiFi while you re in the hotel to do same such about the city and where to go but there after 10pm the WiFi I off til 5h00 morning it doesn't make sense.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for my errands. The price is very affordable. The quite was what I needed.

The shower water was warm not hot. I didn't understand why I can't pay my meals with the payment details I used to pay the room. It doesn't make sense sending money to a personal mobile number.
