Location, Ambience
Not enough towels, slippers.
All the towels need to be changed with newer ones as the current ones have gone past the usage limit.

there should be no difference between Booking.com and actual rate in the hotel. based on booking.com our puck up from the airport was free as we book more than 800 USD, but hotet charge us.

Breakfast wasn't part of the package. At the price that they charge the can offer a simple breakfast

It’s an affordable option in Nairobi, within an Uber of city attractions. Bed was comfortable and they have a pool.
There were a number of things that went wrong with my stay from the wifi not working for a full day, the leaky faucet that was a nuisance at night, and poor TV reception to name a few. Checkout was a complete hassle as they could not locate the record of my completed room payment, if I hadn’t checked they would have had me pay double.

Lovely hotel, nice smart rooms
There was some kind of electronic in the corridors making a high pitched sound. I tried to call reception but they didn't answer. At 5am i asked a staff memeber who I dound patrolling the corridors. We couldnt identifiy qhere it was coming from. I check o is and moved hotels.
I didnt' pay the $16 for breakfast. But when i had a look sat the brwakdast, I was glad. It was a small buffet, which didnt look at all appetising.

location is perfect, near city center so you don’t need to worry about getting stuck in Nairobi traffic.
There was a party or something going on,or perhaps a rooftop bar on the property and music played till late so falling asleep was quite a challenge until the music stopped.

The location was good, as it was very close to my workshop area
There are many mosquitoes in the room, no mosquito nets available. Shower place was very congested and the water flow was very bad. There was no Muslim shower attached to the commode.

The room was fine, there was a pool as described, food was very good and some of the staff quite helpful. It was a good place to spend time while waiting for the plane to come.
Oh where do I start. Upon arrival we started to fill out the documents, and while we were still at the counter we were moved aside because someone else arrived (which made us wait extra). The keycard to the room worked once and turned off (what?), and when we came down to the reception we were informed that yeah, machine for the cards is broken. And period. If not for a guy hanging out near the reception who offered to let us into OUR room with his master key, we would just stand in front of the reception waiting for I don't know what, because the lady at the counter basically told us "Yeah it does not work" and went back to her business. Next morning we were charged an additional fee (meeting the price as noted on Booking, to be clear) with a comment that there was a mistake last night, someone did not notice we come through Booking and charged us the regular hotel price. Now the place says it was a missing charge for breakfast :) And as a cherry on the top, as we took the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, with a price agreed upon, the driver tried to charge us some extra and backed off only when we said that sure, let's call the hotel and check what amount was discussed. So yeah, that was definitely an experience. And you can check my other reviews, I am not someone annoyed easily.
