特なし。
下にレストランがあり、その音量が高く、休めなかった。4泊する予定だったが、初日にすぐにチェックアウトして別のホテルを探した。ネット環境も良くなかった。

The room was clean. It was close to the MASH bus stop.
Shower would only intermittently work and only intermittently gave hot water. Poor lighting. Breakfast was included but not good quality. Very slow WiFi that cut out regularly.
8.0 / 10.0
It was clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. The hotel provides shower gel, soap, body cream, as well as a towel and slippers.
The windows open onto a corridor in which the light is on all night, so the room is very light to sleep (there are curtains, but they don’t help). Terrible soundproofing, when someone in the corridor speaks, you can hear every word, and there is a club opposite where loud music plays at night, it is impossible to fall asleep.

The customer care and the cleaness
I didn't like the reception to keep my rooms key

This hotel accommodated me when another nearby hotel (where I had a confirmed reservation) turned out to be full. Delfirm was a breath of fresh air -- clean, spacious, centrally located, good WiFi, and a restaurant -- a haven in a part of downtown which tends to be extremely congested and chaotic. The staff was personable and friendly. The Operations Manager, Sammy, was especially helpful to me, opening up the hotel rooftop to me when I learned to my dismay that the city of Nairobi now does not permit smoking anywhere on the streets except in 'smoking zones', which, not being designated, are anybody's guess where they are located. The one such zone that was pointed out to be me by locals was a small patch of dirt strewn by construction rubble and without any seating, clearly meant only for those who want a quick puff on a cigarette. (I have never smoked cigerettes, but do enjoy a cigar on extended walks, or smoking a pipe while seated in a quiet spot away from other people, both of which proved impossible in downtown Nairobi.)
On Sunday morning a large flat-screen TV located in the breakfast room was blasting an extremely loud religious program, competing with all the obnoxious loud music from the street outside. The cacophony of sound from both inside the hotel and outside iinvaded my bedroom even long before I went downstairs for breakfast, While I don't object to people practicing their Christian religion, I do not believe a hotel guest should be force-fed either religion or music, especially not so early on a Sunday morning. But maybe this is a cultural thing, so I guess visitors should be tolerant.

The staff were amazing, the restaurant is great with delicious meals. The breakfast is excellent and their service is quick.
The wifi was missing in action. They did not have an alternative and so I had to purchase my own bundles.

The staff was friendly. The hotel is just next to the bus station. The room was clean.
Very loud music for the whole night, and we could not sleep.

Location, room cleanliness, got a Quiet room, hot shower was great, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

The breakfast was lovely and healthy. Loved the cleanliness of the whole premises as well as the location. Its location is perfect due to its close proximity to all the various buses n matatus. Restaurants all around, simply exceptionally located.
The WiFi was very poor it worked fine as we checked in but once we left the property and came back it became very terrible

The people working at the hotel were awesome.
They made everything so that my stay should be fine. I really appreciated their commitment.
The breakfast was the same thing every day. I did not appreciate it.
The location also was not the best though easy to find.

Friendly staff
Washbasin tap was not working in the room I booked into.
7.0 / 10.0
The check-in was seamless with friendly and helpful staff, the room was also clean. Drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic are available for purchase withing the facility which can save time. The breakfast offered had a good selection of traditional starchy foods such as sweet potatoes.
The facility is located within the Nairobi CBD on a busy street, it can be noisy at times especially for window side rooms due to vehicle movement and other businesses.

5.0 / 10.0
Carefully personal
