Super beloggenhet, fint med oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin.

Vi bestilte til 12 personer, manglet 3 dyner som vi aldri fikk. Køyesengen veldig vinglete så kunne ikke bruke øverste seng. Ble veeeldig trangt på 4 mannsrommene! Passer nok best for Max 8 personer.

I will never & ever going to property again would not recommend any one to go this property

The lift was not working had to lift my brother to 3rd floor with 4 persons the owner of the property was not helping at all & when I asked about need help disabled persons can’t access your property not helping at all & does want to speak & rude

The staff was lying & took my money but not helping at all & when asking help said can’t help even though told staff disabled they said it is not their problem.This is the worst experience in my life the way they behave

Great location

We had to ask to have all the beds made up and still didn’t receive enough bedding for one. There was no air conditioning, one of the bathrooms didn’t lock and the showers were rubbish. It was overpriced for what we got!!

The Worst Stay Ever ...!

The only positive facor about this apartment is the location which is downtown near the arch.

The apartment is on 4th floor and has no similarity to the pictures on the "booking.com". So, do not book based on the photos, they are quite misleading. The lift was broken and did not work at all and it was very difficult for our kids and elders to go up and down. Lots of steps!!! Nobody even showed up to do something. The lift was in fact nonexisting. Opposite the building, there is construction project where they were working, making lots of noise and nobody could sleep and you add early disembarkment of goods for downstairs shops and restaurants. The sewage system was stinking, diffusing the whole rooms and the ones in the back room could not stay in the room due to the terrible smell. To us, the property was not good at all. Even, it looked as ifon the 5th floor, they had construction, too and all the ruins were amassed at the entrance on the ground floor.

3night lisbon stay

Location is the main plus with this apartment.

Dishwasher didn't work, dusty beams, and 2 out of 3 heaters didn't work. On the last day no hot water. Outside the apartment can be quite noisy at night, so having children in the front 2 rooms can be hard.

Great location, basic clean apartment

Host met us and let us leave our luggage in the apartment which was nice. apartment was basic but very clean and the location was perfect for tourists visiting Lisbon for the first time. Elevator is tiny, we only used it to bring up and down our luggage- not worth the wait otherwise. I would recommend booking directly with them rather than going through booking dot com website.

When we arrived we had to call several times before anyone answered the phone, also be aware that some uber/taxi drivers have trouble finding the exact address.

Superb location. Clean and tidy apartment.

Location was amazing. Near shopping , restaurants. Apartment was spacious, clean and tidy. Had everything you needed. Would recommend for groups staying in Lisbon. Supermarket just under the apartment which was ideal. Staff in local restaurant right beside it were so friendly and helpful during our stay.

Pillows on the beds were very poor. Bit noisy at night outside so pack ear plugs. I emailed the apartment asking if they could offer any help in phoning a taxi to the airport but they ignored the email.

Disappointing

Location is excellent. Close to eat outs, access to centre is great. Vibrant and lively neighborhood.

Sheets were stinky and unclean. Basics were missing from toilets. Charged even when we check in an hour late. Despite accepting their fault of not conveying the fixed check-in time, they charged a fee.

I had to relocate the ladies in our group to a suitable hotel

furniture and beds really poor quality, filty sofa's, pull out beds only really suitable for a 'stag do' or hen party', entrance all old and dirty, lift only takes 1 person plus luggage, refuse bins in entrance hallway, poorly described on weboste , would never recommend

Amazing stay !

The location was the best. It’s in the heart of the city, whit many shops and restaurants around It also has an atm and supermarket just next to the building entrance It’s well covered by transportation., there is a tram station 59 m away and metro at 400m We arrived a little earlier than the check in hour and our host was really nice and let us in to leave the luggage He was really helpful with information about the city but also helped us to find a transfer to Madrid when our flight was canceled. The property is clean and comfy. The cleaning lady was also sweet and helpful All together a great experience

The street gets noisy in the night so the 2 rooms that are facing the street can be a little uncomfortable if you keep the window open. But with closed windows it’s not so bad.
