Super cute
Not their fault at all but the neighborhood dogs barking were a bit annoying

Just right for our group of four.

Centrally located

Good location, big rooms and nice shower!
The staff was not that friendly.
The breakfast was quite late (starting at 8am, we asked for 7am and that was fine, but is still late for CR, better starting around 6:00-6:30 for sure).

The location was very secure and close to the hot springs, which were wonderful. We had plenty of room for two couples and a child in our villa. Breakfast was perfectly Typico and made to order.
Check-in involved a bit of guesswork and we didn't see much staff while we were there but those we interacted with were very friendly. Stairs in the unit were a bit dodgy. Hot water in the shower was difficult to master but definitely got hot.

The location had a safe place for cars and it was an amazing stay, the rooms were pretty comfortable
3.5
Clean and simple room. Staff were friendly and there were nice facilities like a pool and bikes
Walking distances from a couple of nice restaurants.
A fan in the downstairs bedroom as well as the upstairs one would have been.

Super nice hotel. The service & the owners are super friendly. We needed some flexibility which they provided.
Reception is not open later in the evening

Perfect location in Orosi valley. Good value for money. They even provide free use of bikes. Room is very clean and spacious. There's a lot of space for parking.

beautiful little place in orosi , it’s honestly like being in a big dolls house! it’s super new , clean - breakfast is super - staff are also very friendly. also free bikes are available , orosi is a lovely area
can’t complain about anything

This spot is right in the center of Orosi, yet is peaceful and secure. It had ample amounts of parking space. The breakfasts were exceptional, huge portions (great for keeping us going during our hikes around Orosi!). The chalets themselves were clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay.
Very little to change! Perhaps a bell outside to let the reception know that you've arrived for check-in. A filter or two for the coffee machine and would be perfect. We weren't tempted to use the pool but imagine that it is a nice bonus for families with small children.

Bungalows are clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the family to make meals, eat together, and relax. Lots of amenities to enjoy - pool, foosball, bikes. Location was central to walk around town or head out for activities in the area (Irazu volcano, Cachi lake, Ujurras ruins, Monte Sky, etc ). Breakfast was amazing - pancakes, eggs, Canadian bacon, fresh fruits, coffee and orange juice. Customer service was top notch.
Everything was great.

Rooms are basic but clean. The staff was very friendly. Parking is free. Breakfast is included with your stay. Choice between tipico: eggs, gallo pinto (rice& beans mix), bacon. American: pancakes, eggs, bacon. Both choices come with juice & coffee/ tea. It was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

The entire staff was as friendly and accommodating as they could be. I got the breakfast I wanted when I wanted it. Most importantly, they made lots of good coffee for me.
The villas have been recently renovated. I have a background in construction and appreciated what was done. I took pictures of the shower enclosure to share with builder friends.
I could hear the guy next door snoring. Unfortunately, there was no sound isolation between my room and the adjacent one. I don't know if it's the same between the other suites and rooms. Hopefully, no.

The place was very nice and breakfast was great.
The noise from the people who stayed over the weekend. They sang so loud until past 12:00 am and also dogs are barking non stop all night long.

They were so very friendly and accommodating. Most of them didn’t speak much English and my Spanish is still a work in progress but we managed. They are pet friendly and the entire property is surrounded by a privacy fence so my big dog was able to run loose from time to time. I liked the property so much I stayed a second night.
The property was obviously a little old but it had been well-maintained so it really wasn’t a problem.

The staff was very nice, the girl in the reception gave us a free bottle of wine for our honeymoon ❤️
You pretty much get what you pay for, this is not a high-end hotel.
Wasn't very clean, but we lived with it since this was just a resting stop on our way.

Nice breakfast
Friendly staff.
The location is in a rather noisy part of town.
Pool is very small.

Beautiful two story apartment like room. Very new so fresh and clean. There was a gazebo area near the breakfast room that was outstanding. Had a barbecue that we used for cooking supper and a fooze ball game that we had many laughs playing. Parking was on the property and gated so no worries about the car. Breakfast was included and was outstanding. Tasty fruit plate to start then full breakfast after.

warm welcome by Gail and Brian- the owners- could use their house upon early arrival- great and quiet location- njammie breakfast- well decorated villa
4.5
The people who work here are really friendly and helpful, and the check-in was very smooth. We liked the decor of the very clean apartment, and the grounds were cute and well kept. Parking is behind a gate, for added security, and we had a key to get in or out. The breakfast was great, and very generous. We enjoyed the typical Costa Rican breakfast offered, but they offer an American style option, too. There are many restaurants in walking distance, and we had a great meal at the Pizzeria a la Lena (which has a wide selection of craft beers and a garden setting, also.) There's a pretty colonial church in town, and this is a great area for biking. Nice that bikes are available here, too.
There was a bit of construction noise on the premises, but it wasn't too bad.
