Very good place to stay, the place is very clean and the staff is very kind. The location is also good, close to an amazing beach 😍
4.3
Igazi olasz udvarház hangulat. Modern, tiszta, minőségi.
Nem volt ilyen. Talán az éjszakai hazatérők szobába beszűrődő zaja.
4.3

The staff were super friendly and helpful and kept us informed. Eurospin (supermarket) is right across the street, and the bus stops are located right in front of the accommodation, which are both great advantages. There is a rocky beach nearby (5 minutes away) that is really convenient. Although it may seem a bit dirty at first, it is very popular with local families (we were almost the only tourists there).
The accommodation didn't have anything we disliked. The only issues we encountered were with the public transport, which is often unreliable, and the amount of trash scattered across the streets of Palermo. As already said, these are factors beyond the control of the accommodation.
4.3
Great breakfast, rooms with ac, wifi, hair dryer, mini fridge. Everything as pictured.
The bus is absolutely unreliable and stop running early in the evening and taxis will cost you an arm and a leg (26€ for a 7 min ride) This makes the location less than ideal. Only stay here if you have a car to access Palermo city and beaches.
4.3
Friendly, bus outside to mondello beach , some good restaurants down the road near boating area. Aldi type supermarket opposite hotel. Modern looking room, comfortable bed and pillows.
Very bad area, extremely dirty streets, dangerous pavements and dog dirt and looked very run down and rough. Mosquitos are a major problem. 2 buses to palermo city centre. Towels smell very damp and are a dirty grey colour, shower has not much power and air con is not strong enough to hit the bed. I leaked alot from my bites in the night but sheets never where changed. Breakfast was a very small selection

Our room was absolutely beautiful! So spacious and comfortable and clean! Gloria was absolutely wonderful, making contact with us via WhatsApp, being so welcoming and friendly, we really felt nothing was too much. Lovely local restaurants close to B&B too!
The location is quite a way out of central Palermo. The buses weren’t reliable so we found ourselves having to pay for taxis. There isn’t much to do around the B&B itself so this was unavoidable.
4.3
The facility was okay. Ample breakfast, excellent service, comfortable bed, first-class friendliness, great help from the receptionist.
Bus station across the street, but the bus times are not correct, there is no direct line to the center. The neighborhood is not unsafe, it's just poor.
The bathroom should be renovated, as well as the windows of the room, the location is bad and the neighborhood is poor.
4.3
It’s a beautiful villa with spacious rooms and good breakfast.
The address is in a poor/deserted industrial neighborhood and it’s hard to reach places without a car. Buses are unreliable. The room facing the street makes it impossible to sleep in. And the bathtub isn’t really working anymore.
4.3
Really good breakfast and nice staff!
We also had really good room, can highly recommend.
4.3
Very nice and clean place, easy to check in. The bathroom was especially great. The host was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Overall a very good experience
The location is a bit far from the historic city center, had to get around with a taxi
4.3
Very helpfull staff, our car had a flat tire and they helped us to get to a good garage. The breakfast was adequate. The room was big with a high ceiling. The location was near a main road but it was sound proof.
The beds had a plastic foil on top of the matresses that causes us to wake up in sweat every morning. After removing this foil they just put it back, so we just removed it again. I know the foil is there to protect the matresses but it should not be at the cost of sleep quality of the guests.

The room was cleaned with fresh towels daily. The staff were friendly
The location is quite nosy but I think much of Palermo town is probably noisy

The place was quite nice, with a delicious breakfast. The parking is free outside or you can park inside for 10 euros/day.
The room is cozy, with AC and mini-fridge, a big bathroom, and a shower.
The location was ok without a lot of traffic.
The staff was very cheerful and kind.
I had to take inside parking as it was quite difficult to find a spot outside, especially during the daytime. 10 eur/day is a bit pricey in my opinion.
The actual building looks like it's still in construction though it wasn't a problem.
Our room had a weird locked-up door to the other room. And during the night, someone was in that room doing a cleaning - that is super weird, especially at 1am.
Also, soundproofing is not that good so you might hear people using a ladder or an elevator, or someone from the room next to yours.
The location is ok though not very close to city-center so keep in mind that. We had to spend around 30 minutes driving in the city center to find a spot :)
4.3
Lovely staff making sure everything is fine. Nice stay for a family of four. The room was cleaned every day while we were out.
Nice breakfast, however as we were staying here for a week, you might get bored of having the same offer every single morning. Nevertheless, you always get a nice coffee, sandwiches, croissants, fruits to choose from. In fact, it’s great to have a quick breakfast routine in the morning as you save time for all the rest Sicily has on offer :)
The nearby beach is not for swimming or for anything to have leasure at, however it takes just about a 20 -30 min walk to a lovely one, and about the same time by bus to the lovely Mondello white sand beach.
4.3
The room was big and clean, as was the bathroom. The host was very friendly and gave recommendations on nearby beaches and activities.
The B&B was located a bit far away from everything, about a 45 minute walk from the city centre. We rented a car so the distance itself was no problem, but the Palermo trafic was hectic so we preferred walking.
4.3
very clean , great staff and bed was very comfortable
4.3
It was too hot in the room, even hotter then outside. The heat was only supportable with AC.
4.3
A very beautiful lodging with a modern yet cozy decor, a true island of peace outside the center of busy Palermo. Friendly and lovable staff with great recommendations, willing to make your stay a dream. Thanks, Riccardo!
Close to Mondello Beach, Vergine Maria Beach and a little, rustic beach 500m from the lodging. Good connections to motorways.
Don’t expect bus connections to be reliable, either pack some patience or rent a car. For a little extra, you can even park in the Villa. Overall not a problem.
4.3
Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable bedroom. Bigger than expected! If you come by car, I would recommend reserving the parking as well. That way, your car sits safely behind a fence.
The water pressure was a bit low, especially for a rain shower.
4.3
The transport to and from was awful
4.3
Everything was as we expected!! We recommend this place!
4.3
clean, friendly stuff

Staff was super friendly and caring. Room was very clean and comfortably set up. Breakfast was very good with some delicious cakes and pastries that changed each day. Excellent Wifi. Beds were comfortable.
If you park on the street instead of in a locked gated space at the property (extra fee), then you wonder if your car will be safe even if there is nothing in the car, I would not park a nice car or a large car there. It was free, but we had bought the extra insurance for our rental car. Our car was fine after several days of parking there though.
