Camere eleganti e comfort ad un prezzo economico.

Ho adorato il design della camera, la pulizia e la cura per i dettagli, la gentilezza dell'Host. House Orlando è l'alloggio perfetto per chi cerca camere belle e complete ad un prezzo accessibile. Di solito per un prezzo così basso si trovano ruderi. Tornerò volentieri

Fiore all'occhiello di Sferracavallo

il punto forte? il rapporto qualità prezzo. Non ho mai visto una struttura così bella ad un prezzo così basso. In più la posizione è strategica se cerchi un posto vicino all'aeroporto, a Palermo e a Mondello al tempo stesso. Quindi posizione wow. Staff mega simpatico, pulizia dettagliata, un fiore all'occhiello per Sferracavallo 💓 Tornerò presto

Nicht zu empfehlen

Direkt gegenüber ein Supermarkt und unten eine Bar. Check-in reibungslos geklappt

Wir hatten das Deluxe-Zimmer gehabt, dieses war zur Straße hinaus gerichtet. Die Schallisolierung war sehr schlecht die Tür zur Straße und Terrassen Seite war durch eine gewöhnliche Zimmertür abgegrenzt. Auf der Terrasse war auch ein Aufenthaltsbereich hier konnte man jedes Gespräch hören so wie den Lärm von der Straße. Nichts für längerfristige Aufenthalte außer man stört sich nicht am Lärm. Wir hatten auch Kontakt zur Unterkunft aufgenommen leider konnte man uns kein anders Zimmer anbieten.

The room was clean and contained everything we needed. Room service was really good. The grocery shop right in front of the door was convenient. And very helpful staff. Very close to the town square and restaurants.

Slightly noisy refrigerator was annoying at night.

100% recommendation! The best hotel!

It was clean and comfortable. There were 300 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the renter of Sferracavallo. There was conditioner, what saved us from siesta and hot nights. Also we had a kitchen, where we cooked. Perfect big bed with orthopaedic mattress and pillows. Clean bathroom with big mirror. In short - it is the best hotel, what we discovered on Sicily!

Modern and convenient accommodation in a good position

The accommodation is new, and the room in very good condition. Other parts of the accommodation such as the terrace were not yet finished (in June 2023), but this did not affect us. The handover of keys was uncomplicated and friendly. Directly under the house is a small snack bar with street food, opposite a small supermarket, which is convenient.

Nice ambient and very friendly Little Town. Amazing sea food. I recomend (no spine) restaurant . Ambient is not perfect ,but it has Fresh see food with Long family tradition

Very good

The accommodation was clean and spacious. The location was central, a short walk to restaurants. Quiet room on two levels. There is a kitchen with fridge.

There was no communication about check-in, when you get there you have to ring a phone number which is on a piece of paper by the door. - We didn't get a wifi name and password (although we asked via sms and booking.com message) until the next day. - The gas stove didn't work.

Good value for money

The room was very clean. The location is perfect, near to all the restaurants and facilities.

All was good. The only thing is that the shower head and bidet needs to be fixed.

Clean but no warm water, noisy during the night and furniture looked broken

We stayed here for one night to catch our flight early in the morning without haste. The room was clean (a bit damaged), the bed okay. eventhough sferacavallo is a small village, during the night it was noisy in the room, due to thin windows Unfortunately the shower in the morning was cold, because it was forgotten to turn on the water boiler (we noticed it too late). (The place offers warm water, but the boiler has to be activated early enough).

we really enjoyed Sferracavallo. good food and the local beach is great for a morning swim.

the location of the place is amazing. fantastic city. nice with a small balcony and a terrace as a common area.

The place is okay considering the price, but just some things that were a bit off. We couldn’t close the bathroom door as the handle would fall off. communication around the pre-booked airport pick off was not the best. we waited for a while before we got in contact with them. And the mattresses of the bed was very hot, think synthetic materials.

Very good

The room was of the perfect size with a spacious bed, a table, a little kitchen and a furnished bathroom. Staff was very friendly and always available.

The only thing was that the tv remote and the lamp didn’t work properly but nothing major.

Smokey room in city center

The appartement is loccated only 2 min from the port.

-Sadly, smelled badly, due to someone has smoked inside and the whole bed smelled.... -there was no wifi, but was described on website before booking.

The renovated property that is in most of the photos is quite nice but the other property which is located around the corner in a different building is terrible. The cabinets fall off the walls when you open the doors, the room smells of smoke and you can hear every conversation through the walls from all the neighbors. We went to bed and found a half eaten sandwich and cupcake wrapped up in a bag beside the nightstand, assumingely left by a previous guest. Mistakes happen and there is definitely bad lighting for the cleaning staff in this room but wow… this shouldn’t even be legal to make money off this rental.

Fishing village beautiful rooms

Lovely recently restored building and rooms, very kind staff, great location near the sea front and local restaurants. 15 mins walk to the train station where you can get a train to the airport, palermo etc

Clean nicely decorated rooms, but I wouldn't stay again.

Rooms are well decorated

There is no communal space. The guy who met me in the beginning seemed quite helpful, he helped with my bag when I asked him to. But spoke no English whatsoever and was on the phone to someone for 5 minutes while he opened the door and showed me to my room. Kind of rude really... I was finally put onto a young girl, who told me I needed to pay extra tourist tax, and how to check out, which was a little unexpected as it wasnt clear when I booked. I felt so uncomfortable with the welcome that I messaged them to see if I could cut my stay short. I was told no. The young girl gave me breakfast vouchers for a savoury bun and and a coffee from the machine in the shop as an apology or kind gesture not really sure but the sentiment was appreciated... So, then here's where it gets even more annoying! I asked if there were any boat trips nearby, to which she said her and her Dad could take me. On the phone the price definitely sounded like 15 euros for a basic motor boat ride.... however after I had spend around 35/40 mins on the very choppy water going out and back in the bay, she demanded 50!!! I couldn't believe it. Again, this could have been my misunderstanding. However I was left with a pretty bad experience unfortunately. I stayed in Palermo on my last night (even though I had paid for Orlando) for around 40 euro in a lovely clean Bnb with breakfast served in a lovely airy communal room. totally different experience. I think they need to work on their customer service and maybe sort out the communal terrace area so it feels a bit more welcoming. Otherwise I think its just overpriced for what it is.
