Muito bom mas com falhas inademissiveis

A localização e o próprio hotel em si

Não é aceitável que um hotel com aquela categoria tenha um sinal de internet tão fraco. Não tínhamos no nosso quarto e nos locais onde supostamente havia maior sinal, estava constantemente a falhar.

El desayuno muy bueno, excelente variedad, calidad, nos gusto mucho, ubicación, el servicio excelente, las personas super atentas,

Lo único que no nos gusto mucho fue las camas, o digamos los colchones no estaban nuevos pienso yo, pero de resto super bien, con ganas de repetir y volver.

Espaço em si, as novas remodelações,a limpeza e da tranquilidade que é o sitio

o atendimento antes era melhor, e o modo como se comunica com o cliente, alimentação deixa muito a desejar, nunca vi em hotel nenhum descriminação para quem vai com meia pensão, tem que jantar o que eles querem, se não tem que pagar mais 50%, nunca vi tal coisa.

Paisagem idílica.....

Os quartos são excelentes e muito espaçosos, o pequeno almoço é muito bom, O staff muito simpático, a paisagem é deslumbrante.

O banho turco e a sauna é apenas para inglês ver, no tempo em que lá estive nunca funcionou. Em tantas viagens que fiz, foi a primeira vez que paguei para usar um roupão.

Um retiro acima de tudo.

Das paisagens envolventes e da casa onde fiquei o espigueiro 1.

Do fato de ter que me deslocar ao edifício principal para fazer as refeições e das estruturas dos balneários para acesso à piscina não terem bancos suficientes para apoio a tirar e vestir a roupa. Podiam ter aconselhado a irmos preparados para essa logística visto termos filhos pequenos.

O pequeno almoço foi satizfatorio, o local muito agradavel, embora estivesse muito mau tempo. Local muito calmo e agradavel para descançar com a familia.

It was a beautiful place, I really enjoyed doing the spa. The food was great. Very friendly staff.

I think for a Hotel Spa they could improve put some slippers and a nice soap in the rooms, also a robe it will be perfect.

ok, restaurant not great. no other food available. one night we went into town to eat. another we went to the supermark

modern, quality.

bar staff were poor. we were a group of 7 and couldn’t even get 7 glasses of beer the same. charged different prices. very poor.

A dream view everywhere you are

The apartment we stayed at (called "Espigueiro") had lots of space for us. The pool area had two swimming pools from where you could look at the beautiful river valley. The restaurant and breakfast were really tasty, and we also ate looking at the landscape.

The view was amazing, the pools were open 24 hours so we could go for an early swim or a late night swim. Which is amazing in this heat. The good was amazing, the breakfast as well, it had everything needed. The hotel rooms were big and spacious qnd had everything we needed. There were plenty of sun chairs so we never had to be quick for a chair next to the swimming pool. We fell in love with the pools.

The staff at the Spa were amazing, but the staff at the bar next to the pools were very very slow. We sat for more then an hour before getting attended. He asked for forgiveness for the delay. It was fine with us since we have time. after another half hour, another barman came up to us asking to re-order, because the other waiter was gone and didn’t note our order. We weren’t satisfied with this behavior. But the other staff at the reception and the spa were phenomenal. Especially the lady at the spa with brown hair needs a raise. very very friendly, we loved her!

Nice hotel. Dinner was good and breakfast too. Friendly people at the reception.

Add some plants and paintings to the dining and breakfast rooms to make it cosy and trendy.

Amazing Staff, super friendly. Excellent facilities,clean and very well looked after. Perfect place for relaxing peace and quiet !

The location and surrounding views. The pools were also very good. In general the environment in and around the hotel is very relaxing.
