Alles. Communicatie was 0.0. Heb uiteindelijk niet in kunnen checken en ben al 2 maanden bezig om met hun in contact te komen, maar steeds geen reactie. Zowel telefonisch als via de mail een drama. Onbeschofte personeel die niets voor mij kon betekenen. Ik moest gaan bellen naar een telefoonnummer die nooit word opgenomen. Betaal liever iets meer volgende keer. Voor mij nooit meer hier.

Solid spot

The staff was super friendly. The place is also definitely value for money. Small room but comfy has an en suite shower which was epic. Quiet building.

Parfait pour moi compte tenu de l'emplacement et pour une nuit.

Petit déjeuner classique pour un première classe, lit confortable, ma demande de rez de chaussée avait été notée et acceptée.

Douche un peu ancienne avec rideau, joints noircis. chauffage un peu sonore.

Una buena opción low-cost, aunque un poco incómoda

El recepcionista muy amable y el desayuno excelente. Hay parking gratuito, aunque no fui en coche. La habitación justa pero bien, exceptuando las almohadas y el secador, no nos faltó de nada.

Las almohadas eran muy incómodas, tan ligeras que era lo mismo dormir sin ellas. La ubicación regular, aunque para el precio no estaba tan mal si puedes caminar unos 20 minutos hasta la parada más cercana o si te desplazas en coche.

douche très petite et vétuste. Flexible de douche rouillé, cassé remplit de calcaire. Toilettes noires tâchées. Sol non nettoyé. Lavabo sale, tâché. Lit inconfortable. Fenêtre non isolée ainsi que les murs. On entend les voisins de chambre ronfler et les réveils de chaque occupant de l'étage.

Poor

We arrived At 22.30, reception was closed so we had to use an automated check-in. The first 5 attempts to check-in were useless, first it wouldn't accept my reservation number then my full name and after changing a few things managed to pass to pay the remainder of the balance due, the machine wouldn't accept my card and had to eventually pay with another, the number for the desk after hours was not accepting calls. All in all not a good experience after driving 9 hours, but I put it all down to experience.

The room was a bit tatty and needed a GOOD clean

"First class" is just a name here

The breakfast room looks cosy in its simplicity, breakfast was included in the price and the bed was comfortable. Not too hard to reach even for backpackers thanks to the tram line

This hotel feels like they squeezed in too many rooms on each floor. You can easily hear someone talk in the hallway or the bedroom next to you. There are few excuses for the feeling of crampedness when a hotel is far away from the city centre. The view from my room was very unimpressive, being the road I came from. There was a hole in the bathroom's door, the shower had no soap available and the curtain will not keep water in very efficiently (then again, this is normally the case for curtains as opposed to respectable glass barriers). There's little space to walk around in the bedroom, the bed takes up most of the space. There are probably better places for the same price in the area

Location is good with free private hotel parking.

Breakfast was very poor. The hotel needs a refurbishment especially the bathrooms. Shower room including toilet and sink were not clean at all...needed a good scrubbing from mould and grime build-up 😞

check in after 12pm was good and efficient. The staff were nice and friendly.

The room was very small, with only one plug. Only one lamp in the room out of all the light fixtures worked. No soap was provided in the bathroom and the shower head was completely detached from the wall with a big hole left behind. Showering was difficult as you had to hold the shower head in one hand.

is clean and nice considering the price. Is what you pay, is cheap so don’t expect the place of your dreams but for car travelers that need a place to stay is perfect and breakfast is really good, all things considered.
