Aloha! Come stay in our ground floor (F Building), truly oceanfront condo. Sit and relax while enjoying an absolutely stunning view of the ocean as well as nearby islands from your private lanai. Our beautiful, modern condo has a fully equipped kitchen, rich cabinets, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig Coffee Brewer, Mr. Coffee, washer/dryer suite, small kitchen appliances and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We provide binoculars, a Smart HDTV in the living room as well as a flatscreen HDTV in the bedroom, Blu-Ray DVD player, Pak-n-Play and an in-room safe to accommodate a laptop. We triple sheet the king size bed in the bedroom and provide a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

FACILITIES USE FEE: Effective July 1, 2024, Papakea Resort has implemented a $25/day Facilities Use Fee. This fee will be charged by the front desk upon checkout. This fee covers wireless internet, cable TV, tennis and pickle ball court, two shuffleboards, Cornhole, lei making every Saturday, Mai Tai party every Thursday with local musician and hula, putting tournaments on Sunday, yoga and swimmercize classes. Complimentary use of putters, tennis and pickle ball rackets can be checked out at the front desk.

Papakea is an amazing property, is our third time staying there and have never left disappointed. Our washing machine did not work in our unit and repair men couldn’t get to it while we were there, but a little hand washing and it didn’t really affect anything. The unit was great, the amenities were on point. We absolutely love Papakea and will definitely return again.

This was our 2nd time staying in this home, and it was perfect yet again. The view is absolutely amazing, STUNNING! You can’t beat it. The location is great, the amenities are great, the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend!

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Being on the ground floor facing the ocean was perfect! We stayed during April so we had plenty of whale watching from the patio which was so nice especially while my son took a nap. There is both a coffee maker and a keurig so that made it simple. The kitchen amenities were great for cooking in the unit but there are also grills on site available. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We Love the Papakea Resort! This was our second stay and this condo did NOT disappoint! Located on the ground floor looking out to the ocean was so beautiful and front row seats for the sunsets! We saw whales and sea turtles; you can snorkel just out front as well. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and Bev the host provides everything you need right down to putters for the 12 hole putting green. This is a must if you want complete relaxation!! 5 stars!!

Well, I waited a couple of months to leave this review so that I could cool off. Check-in process was a breeze, the condo was availble when we got in town, our friends' condo was not. First impression was gorgeous view and location on property. Not too far from nearest parking, but having ocean front made up for that. Condo was not clean, at first overlooked it, but then realized that the sheets were soiled and dirt on the floor. My husband dropped a bottle of water in the bathroom and when cleaning it up realized just how dirty the place was. Took pictures and sent to property owners who said they would send housekeeping back to clean the place. We made sure to be gone all day so as not to interrupt them from cleaning and when we got back it was clear that no one showed up. Dirt still on kitchen floor, nothing was out of place. Their housekeeper told them they did an extra clean, but they clearly were lied to. I took more pictures and sent them and then communication stopped. The bed was HORRIBLE, asked if they could provide a mattress topper, but they refused and said it was a "new-ish" mattress. Had to purchase a mattress topper to get any sleep. Would not stay here again due to the communication stopping and the owners not believing me that the housekeeping did not come by. They said they have used the same housekeeper for 15 years and have had no issues, but looking back through reviews that is not true, there are others that have complained about the housekeeping.

Location is great. Doors are so old. Every, single one is hard to open. Perfect spot for a few days, for a couple. Please invest in a better mattress and have cleaners dust or vaccuum curtains! Otherwise, a perfect place :)

It was nice watching and seeing the ocean from the unit. Some morning seeing whales while cooking g breakfast :). There was plenty of food/groceries within an easy walk. More within an easy drive. It was a beautiful stay.

The condo is lovely and the location and view spectacular! The mornings and evenings were my favourite. I loved listening to the ocean right outside my window and I would spend hours on my lanai looking at the ocean view and the stars at night. There were a few issues in the suite with plumbing and the patio door being hard to open and close. But once the owners were informed, the issues were resolved as soon as possible. Their repairman was the best! We was polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly! I would definitely stay there again. 😊

We loved our stay at F109! The unit was exactly as described and the location was amazing. We loved sitting out on the deck to watch the sunset every night for cocktail hour. The putting greens, pools, shuffleboard area is a bonus as well. Would stay again!

This property was perfect for us. We enjoyed Sunset Dinners every night. Units location a short walk to pool, spa and barbeques (which were all used daily). Really enjoyed the ground floor just being able to walk out on the grass through the sliding door. Door was a little hard to open, But that is an easy maintenance item the did not effect our stay what so ever. We are already planning a return visit. Papakea is a great resort and this unit made it better.

I’ll start by saying that we’ve stayed in various units at Papakea over the years and love the Papakea location and property. During this trip we had family in other units and did a short stay in this unit until we could join our family in a larger unit. We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The unit itself is average in our experience of rental condos. The kitchen was well appointed, nice appliances, and good selection of dishes, etc… only thing missing was a pair of scissors (I couldn’t find them). I did not love the shower - mostly because the shower head didn’t put out a lot of water which made scrubbing off zinc based sunscreen and rinsing my thick hair really difficult. The bedroom is typical of our experience here - tight but a good bit of storage, plenty of hangers, and fairly comfortable bed. Cleanliness - unit was clean - could use a little extra attention in the corners & between the furniture and walls, and the seal at the bottom of the shower - flusher on the toilet needs to be replaced. Lanai furniture is standard outdoor furniture, not too fancy but comfortable and functional. I would stay in this unit again just for the location, view, and convenience.

VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR. The unit was clean and well appointed, the bed was comfortable, the resort was very nice, and the location was awesome and convenient. The unit was on the first floor approximately 25 FEET from the ocean, and, did I mention, the VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR. All good.

Great getaway to Maui. Condo is right off the ocean. Great views and sunsets. Condo is clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. Blender got the most use. Condo grounds are well kept. Plenty of activities to do without having to leave. Snorkeling was decent also. Owners were very responsive during the booking process and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Didn't need to communicate any more than that since we didn't have any issues. Great place. Highly recommend. Aloha!!!

We have stayed at the Papakea property four times over the past 10 years and it never fails to be an excellent stay. We have stayed at this particular unit twice but have found that the unit is need of a little refresh. The maintenance of the grounds of this property is amazing, thank you.

My husband and I, along with our 1-year old baby, had wonderful time here! The unit and location absolutely perfect for our family - ground floor, ocean front with a sprawling lawn separating the unit from the water, which was great for our crawling baby and to enjoy the ocean without getting sandy. The property was clean and well kept, as were all the grounds of the Papakea Resort. We loved how quiet the location was, but also just a short walk to the Beach Walk trail, and some of the northern Kaanapali beaches and resorts. The only downside to the place is how noisy the AC was both inside and outside on the porch, but it did not detract from our time. We would definitely return again!

The trip wouldn’t have been as good if we stayed somewhere else. This location is perfect; from being walking distance to all the great shops and cafes to an amazing ocean view right on the porch. The place was clean and the resort was very accomodating. I highly recommend.

Location was great, furniture in condo old and dirty, needs professional cleaning or replaced. Bathroom sick ran very slow, backed up with water. Small bugs on kitchen counters. Condo old and run down except for new counters in kitchen and bathroom.

Read the reviews from the previous renters, as all is true. The master bed is horribly uncomfortable, the window air conditioner not capable of reaching bedroom, worn/dirty bedding , no closet space, and it seems like they leave previous renters condiments/food for the next renters which seems unsanitary. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom is also left overs from the previous renters. Now, we did complain to the owner and she promptly contacted the cleaning crew who came by and re-cleaned the unit and replaced the bedding. But if you can look past those issues, the unit is situated with a beautiful view of the ocean and albeit long walk to a decent beach.

Amazing ocean front view from your living room and ground floor patio! The rental had everything we needed and great location. Quieter condo unit but close walk to the busier Kaanapali beach boardwalk. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

Overall, beautiful property and view. Love hearing the ocean!! The unit wasn't very clean when we checked in, the bed blanket was still wet and in the dryer, and we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. Could really use an update on the furniture, or at least clean what is in there.
