Good hotel near station
Noisy air con and lots of annoying noises from it all night whether it was on or off !!

الموقع وقربة من جميع المرافق والخدمات والمنطقة راقية ونظيفة وامانه،، وقربة محطة مترو توصلك اي مكان في لندن

Good location and friendly staff but the room, especially the bathroom was a bit grubby. Expensive for the experience but was staying for a conference.
3.8
Clean, friendly staff, excellent location and good sized rooms
Nothing
3.8
Great location for natural history museum and connections to central london
Bathroom dilapidated. Considering grand entrance and reception felt discriminated against as I was with my family that we were put in an old dated room. Intermittently no flow to sink tap, iron leaked water all over clothes and ironing board. Very drafty window despite it being closed
3.8
Quiet, spacious, very comfortable bed
Probably my fault for not flagging the situation with reception, but the room was quite cold although the thermostat was on the highest it could go and the bathroom towel rail did not work. I should also mention that the desk light was faulty (I didn’t need it but I didn’t have time to mention it in the morning).

أفضل شيء الموقع فقط.
الأثاث قديم جدًا.
الغرفة ودورة المياة الله يكرمكم غير نظيفة.
إزعاج الناس في الممرات.

Location, cleanliness, room size and very comfortable. Very helpful staff and no rush to check out by 10 am, you can stay until 12 noon.
My only issue is getting in and out of the bath to use the shower, not a lot of room and nothing to hold to, but it's a minor issue.

Over all, the hotel was very nice.. Although the hotel was a bit busy because of the season we travelled in, it was well organized and the service was excellent.
Room clean and tidy.
Location was very nice, so many cafes and restaurant around the area.
Nothing.. All good

Very good first impression on entering the hotel. Lobby and reception areas nicely decorated with lots of comfy seating. Staff were very friendly and helpful
No negatives

Hotel staff and room were all very good. Weather was terrible so spent more time than we would normally in the public areas and had more coffee than usual! All very pleasant and good service.
The weather! Nothing else to complain about. Would definitely come back to the
in the future.

Great location, almost next door to Gloucester Road tube station and therefore very convenient for access to and from Heathrow. Rooms are quite large for London. Reasonably priced considering location and room size.
Hotel room looked quite shabby - has gone downhill considerably since our last stay. Staff at check-in not so much rude but indifferent. Cleaners turned up to clean our room at five in the afternoon! We had just returned after a day of sightseeing and were wanting a rest before dinner. Surely, they could have cleaned it earlier. Breakfast very under whelming - would recommend eating elsewhere. We probably won’t stay again.

The room was spacious.
Location is great for visiting the museums and going to Cromwell Hospital.
There are lots of elevators so you aren't waiting an exceptionally long time.
I requested a cot for the baby and received an email confirming it. There was no cot in the room on check-in, and I had to call housekeeping at 6 or 7pm and ask for one to be brought up because it clearly wasn't going to be delivered. Watching someone set up a cot while you just sit there and crack on is really awkward. What is the point of being able to request a cot something if it isn't going to be put in your room before or during check-in?
One of our fresh towels had a delightful brown stain on it. Fingers crossed it wasn't anything gross, but judging by previous reviews it's definitely not an uncommon occurrence.
I find it a bit rude to receive a text message and email at 8pm the night before check-out asking what time I'm planning to leave? Check-out isn't until 12pm the following day so with 16hrs of paid time on my room I've been asked "what time can you get out". I probably took this far more negatively than it was intended, but I've never had this before with any other hotel.
The fire alarms. My word. Don't get me wrong, a false alarm is better than alarms not working at all in my opinion. However, communication from staff could be vastly improved. Especially when it's fire alarms that have gone off at midnight and I've just carted a 4yr old and a 6 month old down to the lobby. Twice. And, to me, it's actually worse if they've gone off twice within a short period because the implication is that the staff have turned the alarm off, gone to investigate whether there's a fire, then had to turn them back on again or they've been re-triggered by an actual fire. One would hope that this isn't the case, but given how many actual building fires I've been in (apparently this is a large amount, clearly I just have really bad luck) and this is the kind of thing that IS done, I wouldn't be surprised.

Very Bad room and bathroom cleaning

Connecter tv is good.
The staff is really good.
It would have been better with French channels.
the carpet in the bedrooms.
The view from our room was not good for a first in London.
3.8
Great location, easy access to the centre and plenty of restaurants close by.
Washrooms a bit dated and clog constantly.
3.8
Polite staff
Checkin chaotic. Individual lines in front of each agent do not work. If the customer in front of you has a problem, other lines move on (slowly) but you are stuck. Checkin took over 30 minutes which is not acceptable
3.8
Great location
Expensive for room only

central location, friendly staffs , drop off luggage service
when calling for customer service line was busy and couldn’t get supplies

It's just a good hotel with a great location for business or leisure that is easily reached, being adjacent to Gloucester Road Underground Station

Excellent location. Comfy beds. Bathrooms require updating.
Charged £50 to check in 3 hours early! Had already paid £634 for 2 nights - extortionate!! The family next to us were only charged £40! They clearly make it up as they go along! Our room was clearly available so why charge us extra? Very disappointed!!
3.8
really everything was so good

We paid extra for an executive room as usual. Normally we have access to a ”club lounge”. This time it was closed which means that we paid extra for nothing.
Two days the room was not cleaned!
Many in the staff did not understand english.

location
bathroom very worn
