Acceptable but could be better

Clean, staff were friendly. Fairly good location.

Bed was uncomfortable - thin, lumpy mattress. Poor selection at breakfast, limited items, no alternatives offered. No fresh milk offered with tea or coffee. Tea tray wasn’t replenished in bedroom. Noisy building work outside hotel. Draughty windows. Bedding and towels stored on corridor the whole time we were there.

Great stay

Great staff, room was good with very good shower. Room came with air con, tv, safe, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, ironing board and iron.

My stay was enjoyable and would stay here again.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was varied and generous. They supplied fresh and tinned fruit and salad veggies, on top of the usual hot and cold buffet. Everywhere in the hotel and my room was spotlessly clean, with plenty of towels provided. It was convenient to a number of restaurants and the underground.

The bed was a little hard for my liking and I like a firm bed! There were only 2 coathangers in the cupboard and no drawers to put your things in to. I had a five night stay and like to unpack. The shower floor was a bit slippery,

Although it had two rooms it was a very tight space for two people. It had a desk but that was taken up by the tea/coffee making. Tiny bathroom but it was clean.

Good hotel, spotlessly clean in great location opposite Hyde Park and tube stations close by.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff and great location, close to two tube stations with one only a 5 minute walk away and the other 10minutes.

Excelente Servicio en London!

De resaltar la atención del personal, desde la recepción hasta los meseros en el desayuno todos fueron super amables y atentos, dispuestos a ayudar y hacer de tu estancia un buen momento. Tienen pequeños detalles por toda la habitación agradeciendo tu estancia, me gustó mucho la forma personalizada de atenderte.

Aun que la habitación cumple con las necesidades fue super pequeña, no tenía en donde poner mi maleta, es un pequeño detalle la vdd por una sola noche no hubo gran problema.

Todo!!!! La ubicación es perfecta con las principales líneas de metro para poder moverte sin problema por Londres. Las habitaciones cómodas y con todos los detalles que necesitas para una estancia confortable, el personal atento y amable y el desayuno desayuno no faltaba de nada para ser un comedor pequeño, todo lo rico de un desayuno inglés hasta un desayuno de lo más saludable! Si tuviese que volver repetiría sin duda, zona tranquila y sin ruidos, conexión wifi de 100, reposición de toallas todos los días, botellas de agua, que en ningún hotel hasta ahora lo he encontrado… y galletas y fruta fresca todos los días después de hacernos la habitación.

Por ponerle una pega teníamos una habitación triple y la cama de mi hija era un sillón cama de 70cm demasiado pequeño para una adolescente de 14 años! Muy cómodos pero no son las habitaciones triples que enseñan al elegir habitación.

Got a room in the basement with a window leading to a dirty wall with no sunlight whatsover. It that is what you like , well, then here it is !

Good location

They gave me a room at basent with no windows, although it wasn't written anywhere in description these important aspects. They tried to compensate with free breakfast, but the fact that I didn't received the room I paid for wasn't pleasant at all.

Great Stay

Great location, close to underground stops. Very clean and spacious room (stayed on the 4th floor). Staff was also very friendly and helpful. We also thought it was great value for money, considering that it was right next to Hyde Park.

Walls are rather thin so you can hear everything that is going on in neighboring rooms or hallway.

good job I wasn’t staying for more than a night! Many other same priced better quality hotels available which I’ve staye

location was great; Superior room double size was good; decent bathroom

mattress spring appeared to be broken in the middle - very poor quality; decor quite old; room LG107 room door lock was broken; you will hear allot of water being used around the hotel in the room - acoustic waste pipes definitely not utilised
