Hotellin sijainti on loistava, ihan lyhkäisen kävelymatkan päässä metrosta.

It has a great location, very friendly staff, and fantastic value for money. I would definitely come back.
It is very easy to hear people in the corridor.

The bathroom was fine.
Maybe you'll get an okay room. Maybe you won't. I was "upgraded" to a subterranean room with a small double bed (from a single). The room had no heat on (I turned it on) and smelled musty. There was a dirty tissue and an old chocolate egg (I think) on the desk--clearly garbage. There was obvious water damage on the walls and flooring. But it was late and I had just come off a long international flight. Okay, I think, whatever, London hotels are expensive for what you actually get. Then, the second night, I got rained on while sleeping! I woke up in the morning to water coming in through the window and down the walls (not from the window). Water was spraying onto the bed. Water was puddling on the floor. Yes, it rained hard that night, but it was clearly not a new or unknown problem given the signs of water damage. I just got stuck with the last and crappiest room, I guess. I've never checked out of somewhere faster in the morning. I'd rather wait an extra two hours in a train station getting pooped on by pigeons. (I never write bad reviews, but there's a first for everything.)

perfect location - staff was very helpful
small rooms but for the location and value this wasn’t a problem

The location. Very close to tube station
Room was not as pictured online. Matrasses were dirty, beds were not the sized as described. Phone wasn't working, safe wasn't working. Bathroom had literally no space to put stuff and the walls and ceilings had visible cracks. Breakfast was horrific

Within walking distance of Paddington train station.
Helpful staff.
Rooms clean and tidy.
Rooms could do with decorating and there were no table lamps.
The milk left in small cartons for tea/coffee had all gone off, but were replaced when asked.

The location was amazing, It was accessible to many metro stations like Paddington, Lancaster gate, etc..
The price was very high compared to the facility and the room size.

the location
room is very small, and it’s hard to use the bathroom sink to brush your teeth because the shelf sticks out so far above it

we’ve been about five times so far, having been to many of there in the area on our regular visits . the staff are lovely , the rooms are nicely furnished, and not only do they serve breakfast ( rare these days in this price range) but there is a nice selection
nothing to not like, I wish there was a bedside table on both sides of the bed in the room we vacated this morning ,-and it would be good to have as one kind of dressing table , but these are small things and it maybe that we’ve had those previously in other rooms, but it is not a dislike .

I liked everything. Every year at Christmas and New Year I stay in a hotel in London for work and every year, it’s in a different part of London. Because of variable standards, for the last six years I’ve opted for hotels belonging to one of the largest national chains, as that way I have the reassurance of knowing in advance exactly what to expect. Last Christmas though, rising prices at the chains made me decide to try something different and I’m very pleased that I did. My room was in every respect as good as the ones I’ve had in earlier years and so was the breakfast. Particular praise goes to the staff. The staff I had contact with were in the restaurant at breakfast time, behind the bar on two evenings and at reception. All of them struck what in my personal view is the right balance between professionalism and a friendliness, with the result that I felt entirely at ease. Also, when to my embarrassment I was careless and woke up one morning only to find that the walking stick I rely on because I have arthritis wasn’t in my room, the reception and housekeeping staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and the stick was found and returned to me. My work next Christmas may not be in the same location, but if it is I would book again like a shot.
As I’ve said, I liked everything.

Great location. Easy access all of London via tube line.
Near bothe Elizabeth line and Paddington Station.
Good breakfast. Very friendly breakfast person working the day we went for breakfast.
Odd to be asked to provide photo id on check in when I live in the Uk. As I don't drive, so haven't a licence and as I'm not in the habit of carrying my passport around with me ,when I'm not travelling abroad ,it was a problem. Thankfully they accepted a work pass.
Still not really sure why this is required. I've always had to do this abroad but never at home before or since.

the location was supreme.
I have never heard of basement rooms in a hotel before. Two nights of no sleep due to the noise above. I filmed several instances of extreme noise from rolling sounds to dropping sounds to footsteps. The room was very cramped which could have been more acceptable had we been able to sleep without being awoken by noise above a minimum of 5-6x/night. I wish I could post the videos that show the insane variations of noises we endured each night, all night.

location - easy transport access
dated bland rooms, limited plug sockets to charge stuff, far away from where you needed them. pillows are hard and thin had to ask for additional ones (only got 1 per bed), bathroom was tiny considering it was a triple room, could only fit 1 person in it just! thin walls between rooms, banging doors in hallways.

Location was perfect, Check in simple
Thought heating would have been put on ready as they ask for check in time. Had to ask if it went on automatically, was told no Had to put on ourselves. Took £50 deposit for if any damages at check in. Went to check out gave key back was given the cash back with no room check seemed pointless at taking the deposit.
