Narita is worth a day stay as there are many attractions too. It is a also good spot to stay if you arrived late. Get yo

The room is large and comfortable. Free shuttle service to the city and airport is a big plus. Having a 7/11 inside and an ATM machine is super convenient.

Vicinity to local dining spots is non existence. You will need to take the shuttle to Aeom mall or city center for that.

値段相応なところもあるが全体的にお得感があり快適

他の成田空港近くのホテルよりリーズナブルでしたが部屋が広めだった。ビュッフェも別料金で付けましたがホールも広めで席が多いので並ばず入れました。料理数も多めで味もとても満足。ビュッフェだけでもまた利用したいです。浴槽も広めでシャワーも直ぐにお湯が出で、水量も不満無しです。

部屋のカードキーが1枚しかなく、エレベーターの利用に必要な為1人利用の際は良いが、2名～の利用の場合行動を共にするか、夜は暗い部屋の中で同室者を待つかになった。ティッシュが洗面台の方にあり、別に部屋にも置いてほしかった。

フロントスタッフが外国の方でしたが、とても流暢な日本語でびっくりしました。丁寧な説明でよかったです！

とてもお得感満載でした。

朝食がバイキングでしたが、種類も豊富で味付けもバッチリでした。成田空港へのシャトルバスもとても爽やかな対応でよかったです。荷物の出し入れも丁寧でした。フロントの方も好感が持てる対応てよいいんしょうしかありません。

静かで良かった

3124、3123に止まったけど、バスルームの換気扇はホコリが貯まったり、バスルームのガーデンにカビのにおいてがしたリ、チェックアウトの時間はまだなのに、ノックされて、（掃除はまだいいですか）って言われたりしました。

Good value fot money would stay again

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Japanese hospitality. There are filtered water dispensers available on each floor to refill your jug. A 7eleven is inside the hotel and a mini stop convenience store outside the hotel. Shuttle to airport terminals and narita station.

Not much around the hotel. Hotel a little on the older side.

成田空港までのシャトルバスの本数が多い。イオンモールへもバスが出ていて便利。ただし、モールは多くのお店が21時閉店。ホテル内にコンビニがあるのも○。

カードキーでエレベーターに乗る方法の説明がなかった。今は常識⁈カードタッチ→行き先回ボタンは他で使ったことがあるが忘れていた。

廊下も部屋も広くて快適でしたバスタブも勝手がよく、水圧もOKトイレも新しく綺麗

Très bien pour une nuit avant ou après un vol .

Chambre spacieuse avec coin table fauteuil, frigo , espace pour valises. Yukata fourni. Salle de bain un peu viellotte mais propre en perfect etat et fournie de toutes amenities. Petit dejeuner buffet copieux mais un peux plus oriental que occidental. Superette à l'interieur de l'hotel et un autre à quelques pas dehors. Navette de et pour aereoport bien pratique mais pas très frequente à certains moment de la journée.

La frequence de la navette de l'aereoport et Navette pour centre Narita et centre commercial toujours bondée.

Excellent stay for holiday

Facilities are almost complete, free water and ice, good tv, free bus shuttle, nice food for breakfast.

The location is pretty far from other places except narita Airport, but you could take a train but need to take a shuttle first to JR station.

Great but could be cleaner.

The hotel have shuttle to the air port, to the mall and that is great. Also great breakfast.

I didn't like that everything look old and not clean.

Very good

It is located about 15minutes away from Narita airport but their shuttle bus makes it convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had nice variety of food and drinks.

Very very dirty and filthy. Broken furniture, moldy air condition, dirty bathroom. Very unhygienic. Overall terrible

Good location if you need to connect flight

Good location, good free but pick up from NARITA air port, staff very helpful.convenient store same hotel building.more room sit back relax downstairs at lobby.wifi signal get better than before and easy to cornect.

Some time i can smell smoke in room.
