Nelíbilo se nám absolutně nic!

Hnus, špína, plíseň, nepříjemný hostitel, zabezpečení pokoje nulové. Vybavení neodpovídalo popisu a už vůbec ne fotografiím. Po jedné noci jsme opustili pokoj do jiného ubytování. Hostitel se ani neozval a nechce kompenzovat újmu.

dirty. shower in room didn’t work. uncomfortable

shower didn’t work at all in our room so had to use the shared bathroom with has a damp and ant problem, felt dirtier after the shower. there was dust caked on the carpet and had to wedge the window open with stuff from the room to get some fresh air. no point at all paying for room with bathroom just to have to use the shared one anyway. so disappointed and nearly came home from our trip early because getting continuous bad nights sleep and no showers was ruining our time there. no compensation was offered either. also person in room next to us was clearly smoking 24/7 in the room and nothing was done about it

It was very disappointing. The entrance was messy. The room was shabby and bed linen looked unclean. The shower was filthy. There were lots of pieces falling apart and the furniture was in terrible repair.

It was ok for what we paid.

Location was fine, seemed safe. Access to bus stops perfect. The room was basic but clean & tidy, nice clean/fresh bedding & towels. Lovely cafe opposite for food & drinks.

The shower room was freezing, the tap on the wash hand basin needs looking at because all the water runs down the wall & on to the floor. No toilet roll available. No person to speak to

The phrase "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. It is ok as a place to sleep and that's it.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and reliable. The location felt safe. The fridge was an unexpected bonus and the provided mugs were large. The 24 hour access was good, as was the 10% discount offered on food in the attached pub. Also the provision of towels and shower was was good.

The room was quite run down and dusty around the edges. The light in the en suite was unreliable and would flicker like a strobe light or just turn off. The only bin provided was a small one in the bathroom. There was no spoon so I had to improvise when making tea. One of the mugs was badly cracked and so leaked. The worst part was the thinness of the walls. I could hear the room next door quite clearly until 2:30am when I had to knock on it a few times. There was no staff to report any issues to.

It's very bad experience.. The room very dirty and smells somke. There is no hot water and the bed uncomfortable at all.. The worst I have ever been.. Never again

Bed was comfortable.

The room was dirty and smelled badly. There was no kettle for making tea as advertised. There wasn't a single person around for our entire stay to ask anyone where things were that were missing. No remote for TV. Bedside lamp did not work.

The bar itself was great. Selected for the price so value was as expected, But for the money I couldn't I have done better

Couldn't wait to leave!

The room was dirty and smelly - the bathroom was particularly smelly, and no amount of leaving the door open would air it out. It smelled of sewage. There was mould on the ceiling, and also around the broken window - which had been "repaired" with tape, and did a poor job of keeping any noise out. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room as advertised. There was a noisy pump running throughout the night.

We did not stay. The room looked nothing like the one advertised. It had a musty smell and was tatty and dirty. The wardrobe was broken. No tea or coffee facilities. The bed had no mattress protector and I wouldn't let a dog sleep on the mattress let one a human. It was dirtly stanied and smelly. Have a dust allergy and was set off by the room.

Broken Door Frame, Unsecure

Location for what I wanted was really good. That is probably the only positive I can come up with!

The door frame was hanging off meaning the door lock was no secure. The carpet up the landing stairs was so thin and inadequate. The beds were fold up camping beds. There was chocolate wrappers on the floor from a previous customer. There was stains over all the flooring and quite frankly I know this was a budget stay but it was so horrific that as a group of 2 girls we propped the chair up the door after going to bed because the door to room 17 was not secure.

Unfortunately we found it to be in need of a good scrubbing!

A very tired room which was badly in need of a clean. Stains on the walls, dusty curtains, a floor in need of a hoover and overall it wasn't a comfortable or pleasant room to stay in. Yes the room is cheap for London, but a simple lick of paint and better cleaning are needed

Cheap (for central London) but it's not worth it.

Location was ok. 10/15 minute walk to Camden road station and just another 5 minutes to Camden lock. The gentleman on check in was very friendly and attentive.

Stained carpets, a window which didn't close so the room was freezing and very noisy. Bathroom was tiny which made washing hands very difficult. No tea/coffee making facilities.

The bedsheets were clean, the person who looks after the sheets and towels obviously takes some pride in their work. That's the only positive of this place, clean bedsheets and towels and you also got free toiletries which I didn't expect when I walked in.

It's dirty, it's smelly, it's completely run down..it smells like somebody has died in the place and from the dubious stains on the carpets that might well have happened, several times! Carpets are threadbare, the shower I had, the shower head was cracked so badly no water stayed in the shower cubicle (honestly) but thankfully there was a little handheld shower head I could use. Honestly, this place should not be licensed as a hotel.

Disappointing

Good value for money

Walls were a little too thin. The guest staying next door accidentally knocked into it a few times (didn't report because they're only human and it's okay to be a bit clumsy) but the walls were so thin, it almost sounded.lime they were in the room, causing a few panicked wake ups.

Doesn't look anything like pictures online

The location was the only great thing about this place

The room was small and cramped there was a damp bad smell, the bed was right beside the window beside a really busy road at all hours horns blasting sirens going off Room was in a state of disrepair the ceiling had a massive damp patch on it. Didn't see one member of staff during all of our stay
