Convinient Place without a proper door lock
- Good location, easy to reach from the airport - Standard flat with good equipment.
- The front door did not lock properly - Part of the flat smelled like gas the entire time - The bathtub/shower leaked into the bathroom in most cases

Pleasant
The location of the apartment was really close to the underground and even walking to the major sightseeing places. We were 5 and the space was OK for us. Although it only has one bathroom.
The communication was very difficult. They didn't answer the messages neither answer any of my questions. I was just about to denounce them to booking because it had a 250£ deposit, that they didn't inform us about, and took ages for us to get it back. Also, it was not clean and also the towels and sheets had stains.

practical and convenient- and some easy issues to fix. i enjoyed my stay. thank you
fine. it was near where i work. and it had three double beds and pull sofa. i didnt use them for workcolleagues but it was nice to have them available - the tesco mini store a few doors aways is v v convenient.
35£ late check in fee, steep, but it is detailed in the prospectus. five things i didnt like: the main sofa had a horrid 4cm sq burn and melt mark on it. it should have been repaired or replaced b4 my stay. i covered it with a cushion. cupboards are cheap and feel flimsy - the small area kitchen 4sqm is practical and compact but the fridge door should open from the right. it can be swapped and it irritated me. - advice - add a movable screen between the two double beds in room two for privacy; and finally, chuck away or hide the stupid amounts of post and leaflets that builds up at the front door. it’s a messy unsightly intro.

Gruesome Management
After giving us an apartment that didn’t look like the pictures advertised at all, we found out a day later that there was no warm water. As a response we were upgraded to the apartment above that was used also for making the pictures. While all was well and fine with this one the property tried to move us back down after one week with the excuse the owner would need it to himself. They did woke us up and declared we had to move within that morning down to the other one. Only after calling Booking.com and police (I feared possible eviction) the property decided to let us stay and declare it was all a misunderstanding. I will only say this about it: It doesn’t feel like you’re dealing with people working in hospitality but rather a bunch of shady crooks. I am sorry to have to be blunt about it, but they stole an entire day from me in which I had to deal with them and gave me the worst experience ever in a hotel/stay.

Damp and unhelpful
-
Noisy, couldn’t sleep. Had to wait 30 mins to get in. Once let in the person who let us in took pictures of damp on the ceiling but never apologised. More damp in room. Took over 24 hours to get a WiFi code from someone. Aline never answered the phone. Disappointing throughout. Would not stay again!
