An authentic Fijian experience with fantastic input from local villagers. Great food

The villas with private pool are really nice, simple but very well structured
Widespread, the villas were too simple, lacked a touch of warmth and welcome. Staff mediocre as everywhere in Fiji, but this staff especially arrogant.
Also security wise, the water villas and other superior villas are on the other side of the Main Street (cross island street)- in the evening it is not illuminated.
The tiles on the floor of the villa compound are not anti slippery- they are made for walls but definitely not flooring.

The property's location is good, but Breakfast did not meet our expectations.
Upon checking, the refrigerator was not working. After multiple requests, maintenance showed up, who we overheard on the radio making racist comments in Fiji—Hindi. The front-of-house staff was great, but the maintenance people were racist-type guys. I reported to the management, but they all said we would get to the upper management. I would like all of you to read the following;
(1) Injury Reported:
While sitting on one of the benches in the patio area, I fell backward, and my head landed on a rock. It was later discovered that the bench was missing a leg. Despite sustaining serious bruises and requesting first aid, the front desk staff were unresponsive, claiming they were busy with other guests. They promised to file an incident report and provide a copy, but this was never done. Their lack of attention to our situation was disappointing, and we believe more could have been done to ensure our safety.
(2) Bedbugs: My son had rashes all over his body due to bed bugs, and nothing was done. They just brought a small cream to put on it. The room was declined.
(3) earthworms invaded our living room, and no action was taken despite our report. This lack of response was disappointing, and we believe more could have been done to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.

Stunning! Gorgeous views and a beautiful property. The staff made it extra special. The nicest people and best service. Food was delicious. Zero complaints! Loved every bit!
Love the edgewater room! The property is way bigger than expected and well maintained. The views are incredible! The staff was

The food was amazing, staff was always super nice, and they had plenty of things to do.

Staff was wonderful. Grounds were well maintained.

Great location, amazing view from our room
Nice having three restaurants to choose from, shame the seafood one is not open every night
Food was a bit hit and miss, having to pre-order each morning for the day was a little odd but ok - but they need a better system as twice the order was either forgotten completely or simply mucked-up. Most meals were good, but two were absolutely awful - dry overcooked whole fish and inedible pasta. A shame really as the other meals were great

the setting was very nice, love the spa treatment . staff was friendly
The room we were in was for wheelchair access, big but not cosy. Hot water was out twice and have to walk out to inform staff, no phone in room to call . The floor was slippery and I felt that was dangerous ( due to the type of flooring, I believe)

The location was perfect however was very disappointed with the service
There was no microwave, cutlery, cups and mugs, kitchen appliances. The TV was broken and damaged. Close to no wifi or phone reception in the rooms. Very disappointed for the amount we paid for our stay…

the Villa was very nice, though it did have an ant problem. the Facilities were great when they were open and not under maintenance. the food was decent.
The pictures online were definitely photoshopped. The crystal clear blue waters were a complete lie. The ocean around the resort was muddy, murky water full of debris and garbage. At low tide there is barely any water, just a large bay of mud. Lots of things were under maintenance while we were there and could not be used (the spa, the main pool, the main restaurant for part of our stay, the coffee machine, etc). it was definitely not worth the price we paid and they lack of clean water to swim in was a huge disappointment.

STAFF was AMAZING. The room was amazing. The view was amazing.
Nothing really.

The location mostly for diving. Your gardens are beautiful. Your staff are kind and helpful. Thank you KSR and staff.
For the amount of money per night I perhaps expected a little more flexibility and kindness. I went diving all day, the same day I was expected to check out at 0700hrs. I returned from diving at 4pm and it would have been appreciated to shower at KSR after diving, and then pay the bill.

Breakfast nice, but started a bit too late for those with planned excursions of snorkel dives, booked, etc. Most of food very nice, but some items like Mud crab looked spectacular, but impossible to actually eat.
Room not overly clean, narrow windows without curtains let light into bedroom area as soon as sun up, so couldn’t sleep past sunup, wait staff not particularly attentive, most of staff very pleasant

Koro sun stay was fantastic! We stayed in a 3 bed villa and also in a 2b 2b. The 3 bed villa was fantastic and clean. The staff was really friendly and it is what makes the place worth it. The service for all the activities on campus from the babysitter services, to the activities desk to the friendly cleaning staff. The property location is also worth it with all the rainforest greenery and it being right off the water.
I think the resort may have been short staffed on chefs, and helpers in kitchen. Food orders always ended up taking hours, which was fun since it was a vacation (more drinks :) but with kids who were perpetually hungry, it made it difficult. The staff was always courteous but would benefit from more help in the kitchen.

Breakfast was adequate - felt that hot eggs ( not cold boiled) should be provided as part of the inclusive breakfast.
I’m a coffee addict. Powdered coffee only offered at breakfast continental. . . Had to pay for my daily two cups of long black each morning @ $5Fijian/cup.
There should be an automatic coffee machine available for breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful resort. Location and atmosphere was beyond expectations.
Pictures could not even capture the beauty of this property.
The restaurant in the foyer served fresh lovely food and drinks. Service was great.
The sand bar was the best. Best cocktails and the bartender was very professional and friendly. You could probably spend your entire stay eating here. Exceptional tapas and mains.
Our over water bungalow was breathtaking during sunrise to sunset.
Can't wait to return.
Vinaka Vaka Levu.
The latitude 17 restaurant had a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, that was the only thing I enjoyed about it.
The lady on arrival was unwelcoming. Unlike everyone else in Fiji, she did not smile once.
The scallops were stale and inedible. Ordered Thai mussels for main. I ate 1 and couldn't eat anymore. There was absolutely nothing Thai about it. They tasted like the Talley's marinated mussels in a punnet, dumped in coconut cream. It was also stone cold, I think they forgot to heat it. Very overated.

The Bures away from the beach have zero mobile coverage, and the wifi is almost unusable - it disconnects literally every 1-2 mins even in the reception area.
This isn’t because they’re in the middle of nowhere - you get OK 4G at the beach, but because of some problem with the way they’ve configured their network. They will need to hire a professional to fix it.

There wasn't much option and had to choose food before hand, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is located in a place where there are not many places to choose to eat from. It is not what it shows in the photos, it is not in the sea but sea is close by and can't view any sea from your rooms.
So many insects inside the room and the master bedroom is an open plan where there is no privacy at all. Also, there is no phone in the room, you will need to walk to go to reception if you need anything.

It's a beautiful resort, the environment is very relaxing. The staff were wonderful.
The aircon in the floating bure was not very effective which made it hot and difficult to sleep.

Staff were amazing, awesome location with excellent snorkeling right in front of the resort, a couple of minor issues with our room were sorted out straight away. The seafood restaurant was awesome, we had the most delicious lobster. We had a lovely stay here and will be back!
Room decor in the tropical apartment was a bit dated (still comfy and functional), food at the sandbar was a tad slow. Wifi was down a lot, and not very good when it was working (but that's not why you'd go there anyway)

Korosun is great. Beautiful location, spacious with space for privacy (despite being quite a big and busy resort), adult only facilities were a great way to steer clear from families/ small children. Bonus points for the wifi in the room and the amazing rainforest spa!
We loved the refill your water bottle policy, but unfortunately water bottles were plastic and quite small (i.e., bring your own aluminum bottles to avoid micro/nanoplastics). Bars close quite early (latest 10PM) and staff were not the most supportive in making a drink after 9PM.

View was good
Poor communication of staff. Food very bad.
House keeping service very bad.
