Avoid. Very, very disappointed

The staff who was helping with the breakfast was very polite.

It was noisy, the mattresses were awful, poor breakfast,especially the bacon mostly burned. Pieces of broken glass under the bed, the furniture really needs to be changed. There is no playground for children as stated in description, just 2 swings. For 500 euros per night it offered nothing good. Don't waste your money.

We had a wonderful weekend in exceptionally good accommodation. The staff were delightful and very helpful.

The accommodation was really excellent, we enjoyed our stay.

The only little suggestion I have is that on seeing the bath I thought how clever to have a textured surface on the bottom. In fact when it was wet it was like ice - very slippery! A mat for the base would be an excellent addition.

Good value for money.

Great location, clean and good value for money given the location.

Had a huge issue with a noisy/broken air con machine in the master bedroom that wasn’t fixed. Struggled to sleep for 6 nights having called maintenance twice. Was offered to move for last 3 nights but was too late to relocate everyone and everything then. Gym was non existent - just a couple of static aerobic machines. Pool was Ok, but half inside and half out.

Nice cooked breakfast and fresh fruit. Very clean, modern, and spacious apartment. Nice facilities.

Would be perfect if spa pool working, and tea, coffee, milk provided in the apartment.

The resort is in an exclusive area with an on-site swimming pool and tennis courts. Not too far from the beach. However

The apartment was very spacious, well furnished and clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was taken in a very nice onsite restaurant. The continental breakfast included the usual breads, preserves, meats and cheeses with the addition of scrambled eggs. The waitress made us very welcome. We went to the restaurant again in the evening which is called Chez Jorge and the food was amazing, the same waitress was there in the evening and again the the service was excellent. I would recommend everything about this resort. An all round great experience.

The only thing I would criticise is the very hard mattress.

An excellent stay which exceeded our expectations with efficient and very friendly staff

We loved how easy Lakeside was to find and we were delighted with the apartment. An excellent location for the lakes with many facilities during the summer months but with many walks through wonderful location nature reserves. The included Continental Breakfast in the price of the apartment was very good in the restaurant on the corner of the apartments and we were given the choice of scrambled egg for an extra 2.50euros which was very welcome.

I really enjoyed the pool area and the jacuzzi, great temperature of the water, really quiet area, its a relaxing place

We were a group of 7 people & we booked a 4 bedroom villa. We were told at the time of check in that 4 bedroom villa had some roof leakage problem so they gave us two 2 bedroom villas in different buildings. They should have informed us before through email as we were so looking forward to spend the time together. Another disappointment was the Turkish bath not working on the 2nd day of our stay. The breakfast was disappointing too. The eggs were chargeable & they didn’t had extra supply of bread.

nice to have a slightly more local experience having to grocery shop and cook.

great, helpful staff. Pleasant environment/neighborhood with lovely walk to lake and beach. nice having a kitchen, very spacious unit.

bed was too hard, could feel springs underneath so needed more quilts on top from the staff. They said some units have newer, better beds. Fan in kitchen did not work, but opening windows created nice cross breeze. Breakfast choices were fine but very simple.

had everything required in the apartment & nice pool. we used Uber to get about or walked as approx 40 mins to nearest supermarket.

breakfast offered was very poor. which was a shame. everything else was very good.

This is a fantastic property - ideally located with great facilities. The accommodation was spotless and contained everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and made us feel instantly welcome.

Great value for money apartments and lovely reception staff

Reception staff really lovely, professional and welcoming. Spacious, well equipped apartment, convenient location for Ria Formosa.

Breakfast disappointing, food not covered, flies present and fruit bruised and on the turn.

Well located clean apartment. Complex well maintained in general. Disappointed with apartment for price we paid. Beds uncomfortable, noisy at night from other guests so hard to sleep. Cooker didn’t work well at all so hard to cook dinner at apartment. Place felt run down. Used to be so much netter

More modern comfy outdoor furniture. New cooking facilities cooker fridge etc. More comfortable beds.

The woman in the office next to reception. She was rude, surly and ver offhand. Young lady booking in was EXCELLENT and needs commending. Surly woman in adjacent office needs firing.
