Mooi en goed gelegen net hotel

Vriendelijk personeel , uitgebreid ontbijt buiten op overdekt terras, proper en goed onderhouden , vlakbij het strand met eigen strandstoelen van hotel en gemak van gratis parking in hotel

Classy tranquility

The hotel is always so tranquil, no matter how full. Always availability of comfortable sun loungers. Staff cannot do enough to help.

The snack menu at the pool bar could be more versatile

Great stay at a fantastic location

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was dated but very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The lunch at the pool bar was average. The chips were slightly under cooked.

I liked it, but I’ll be changing venue to somewhere that rewards loyalty

Have been coming here for years I like it

It’s not as personable as it used to be for the 14 years I have stayed there I don’t feel special no upgrades or special attention which is poor. I also believe they pay their staff a very low hourly rate which is disappointing for a hotel that gets such high nightly rates

Fabulous hotel in an area that felt like Beverley Hills or Malibu rather than Portugal.

Breakfast was lovely, staff friendly, pool was really nice but preferred walking down to the beach and using the hotel section where you can collect the hotel towels.

Next time I will book a bigger room.

Staff were exceptionally friendly Shuttle to beach was brilliant and available all the time Concierge was friendly as were front reception ayagg

Attractive hotel set in pretty location

our room sounded like it was above the kitchen or bin store as there was a lot of noise and banging at 7.00am in the morning which woke us up

very nice hotel....just realize would have liked more what it said to book

Breakfast was so very good.....need a very hot whirlpool too cold to use...l02 up.....

Didn't realize such a family hotel lots of kids.....didn't realize not as close to ocean and shops without taking a taxi maybe have a free travel van to go back in forth at times....couldn't use the tuna

Breakfast amazing- room very poor location - pool good -

we paid extra for a side sea view and we were put in a basement room with a very very small view of the sea so certainly wasn’t to put expectations Had to pay extra for sunbeds on the beach
