Great find. Love it.

Really impressive. Pleasant environment. Great parking. Wonderful facilities and had everything I needed. Have already rebooked. Comfy bed and sofa and spacious throughout.

The Garden Loft is a peaceful and restful experience.

I stayed for 5 nights with my 10yr old son. I came prepared with my pillows but, I didn't need to as the duvet and pillows were comfy and inviting. We had lots planned so we were out every day until early evening. It has a well equipped kitchen to cook meals (although a tin opener would be an addition as I had one tin with ring pull and one that needed a tin opener) Close to Pettitts adventure which we had planned to visit. Great Yarmouth which we love is close by however, Lowestoft is a bit more of a treck as you have to go towards Great Yarmouth and then onto Lowestoft. There is a great selection of games and dvds which we watched/played over 3 of our nights. It is extremely private even though the host lives very close. Would definitely stay again.

it was perfect just what we wanted.

the key was left for us in a lock box and i had the code messaged over to me well before my stay. the place was mpre then big enough for 2 and i could of stayed there a week easy, i would recommend this to anyone and ill be coming back at some point.

there really wasn't much not to like, i pick that location because i had family who used to live in the same village. i know the area ok and could easily drive to everywhere that i wanted to go.

The Garden Loft was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The balcony overlooking the garden was lovely. We were attending a wedding close by so the quiet location was perfect.

The bed was very comfortable but we would have liked a lighter tog duvet.

The gem in the countryside

It was absolutely excellent. The facilities were great, But the thing that was superb and will make me book again was the outside seating area with great views in amongst the trees with the birds all around us it truly was amazing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the area and our accommodation was perfect.

Peaceful, roomy and very quiet in the countryside. Host was very helpful with local info regarding places to eat. Very close to several Broads.

Peaceful, beautiful, almost perfect

Beautiful , peaceful location. Very comfy bed, quiet in the night, best sleep we've had in ages.

It was a lovely location, and the apartment had everything you needed, except some basic food items

I think a few basic food items would help (Salt, Pepper, sugar) . I was informed, though, beforehand that they did not provide any, i was therefore equipped.

We loved it was a self contained apartment, very spacious and clean. Good selection of movies too. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Nice quiet retreat

The property was exactly what we needed to get away for a couple of days. Location wasn't too far from anywhere but enough to be out in the sticks. Most things were catered for.

Pillow's were very soft. Would be good to have a toilet brush and a sponge or pad for washing up.

Well located in a nice village with a lovely outlook.

its a little spartan, some bigger towels and an outside light would have helped. A little hard to find the entrance drive.

Warm, cozy well equipped, very quiet location. Owner messaged all useful information ahead of our arrival, so although we didn't meet them we had their personal contact information should we have any queries.

needed a chopping board and small coffee table. we were worried we would spill drinks as nowhere to put them while Watchung TV.

Wonderful retreat

We enjoyed the peaceful quiet area, the facilities were excellent and we felt free to be ourselves. Kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed. We used The Loft as a base for visiting places of interest, train station nearby with good service we used several times.

Spacious accommodation for a quiet countryside stay

A very spacious and quiet place to stay in the countryside with field and garden views. A good variety of cooking utensils if self-catering. Good communication from the host but they choose to leave you to it so no meet and greet which we prefer. A good selection of dvds and board games were available which is great if the weather is poor. Nice modern appliances available with a newly fitted bathroom with a great shower. Ideal location if attending Southwood Hall.

We found that there were a couple of lights not working in the bedroom and I guess they just needed the bulbs replaced but luckily the other bedside lamp worked. We weren't keen on the bed sheets and it felt as if the mattress protector was a waterproof one so it did get quite sweaty in bed. We also felt that the option of spare pillows would be good as only having one each made it difficult for a good night's sleep. Soft bath towels would also be nice as the ones we had were a little rough and scratchy. The balcony was a lovely addition but it wobbled quite a bit when on there so it was a bit scary. We also felt that asking that the bin bags were left outside was a strange request

a nice place to stay but left a bad taste with what happened.

it had everything we needed.

it could be ether sign posted…if it’s advertised as the garden loft maybe it could have a sign with that on. didn’t get access to the property for 6 hours because we didn’t received any details, the host was on a flight to Ibiza and we couldn’t get hold of them. they were apologetic but refused any form of compensation. the floor downstairs was very slippery as it was wet.

A great base for families needing somewhere to explore Norfolk.

Quiet and private location that's handy for Bewilderwood, Pettits Zoo, Great Yarmouth etc. and even Cromer. Very good fitted kitchen that made home cooking an option. Enough space for six people. Excellent bathrooms.

Extra chairs for the dining room would have been good.

A nice rural location with good access to Yarmouth and Norwich. The balcony was a lovely added extra.

Great location, quiet and comfortable

So lovely and quiet. Nice and warm., ideal for short break. Nearby Acle good for food shop /takeaways.

Could do with an outside light as was dark very early. Soap/ hand cleanser in the bathroom would have been useful.

hidden gem

such a well kept lovely property with amazing views, we only stayed one night as we had a wedding to attend near by but would love to return. Hosts incredibly helpful prior to arrival too.
