it was a great location for us, we were riding at Afan forest which is less than 10minutes drive

At the door
Everything about the property was shockingly bad and not reflected the pictures at all. Pictures must be at least 10 years old. The directions is wrong so couldn’t find the property without ringing the owner (she even admitted that they know it’s wrong)!!!! All the furniture, accessories, kitchen was all cheap and nasty. Settee was wet. Bathroom shower rod broken, no shelf to put things, only one towel per person. When you open the front door the first thing you smell is damp. The property is on a VERY busy road night and day. If you sat on the furniture outside they would fall apart, they are so rotten. Everything was very neglected and we feel Booking.com should remove this property from their website. We are FURIOUS.
I have taken my own photos for proof. We left two days early as we couldn’t cope anymore.

Clean , nice linen, pleasant
No dining table and chairs, noisy road, no helpful folder with local info etc, cooker hob dials had no info so guesswork on temp and which hob was on, stuffy due to weather and windows wouldn't open much, WiFi broken but owner tried to rectify.

Always good to wake up to a wonderful view.
Clean and some nice touches that make a big difference.

Lovely view.
Clean, complete of equipments (kitchen ware, simple toiletries and a card game) and comfortable flat.
Squeaky bed , no locked on the 2nd door upon entering the flat and a cleaner window would be nice for a clear view of the forest with leaflets of nearby places to go.

wifi didnt work - nobody demonstrated any willingness to fix, the hall had damp, and the bathroom smelt of mould, garden not directly accessible from flat which was a surprise.
general lack of care.

Lots of little extras like Costa coffee, very well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Excellent WiFi. Hot shower. Fold away table and benches for dining if you choose to use it. Great location for Afan Forest biking.
Garden was two floors down via the front door so not very user friendly. Top bunk sides were only a few inches above the mattress so it didn't feel secure enough - we therefore moved the mattress onto the floor.

Sheets were clean and rooms generally very tidy , location was okay and you had off road parking as well as laundry room for the place you stayed in generally good .
The place was clean enough some.cobwebs in bathroom and bedrooms, very bad damp smell as you came into property and also in bathroom, TV remotes.did not work for sky and to get to grips with TV set up challenging but we manged . Also coffee and tea left plenty of was great but creamers were 3 months out of date and we could not have a drink of tea or coffee as had no milk upon arrival .Also price charged for cleaning of rooms a little excessive in my mind .
