Love the location, where the unit was; however, cleanliness needs to be improved and furniture.

Apartment was dirty; especially the floor. Our son's feet turned black after an hour or so of walking around. There was ONLY 1 towel bar in each bathroom. Said towel bar was across the room from the shower, so one has to walk across the bathroom after showering. There should be more than 1 towel bar and towel hooks next to the shower to hang bath towel. Only 1 bedroom has a TV. Couch was the most uncomfortable torture device I've ever sat on. Clearly identify KeyCafe access code in email and text messages!!!

Well appointed apartment convenient to Victory Park

The location

The room was dusty, bed had dirt marks and the blind was broken. The noise from the high way made it impossible to sleep.

I got what i paid for at the end of the day thats all i wanted.

The staff was really helpful, nice and polite. Room was clean the view was wonderful. I was there for a concert i wanted somewhere close and was. So i got what i paid for!

The bed was so hot i sweating all night. That's my only complaint

Overall, my stay was pleasant. Check out the café and try the almond croissant. And just pretend that you live there. Ha

Very clean and quiet. I really enjoyed the view of the city from my room. And, the café was very convenient. The coffee and the pastries were very good.

Supposedly, there was a restriction on smoking, but on several occasions, I noticed that the renters or tenants above me, smoked out in the balcony. It didn’t really bother me, but I was not sure how much the restriction is enforced. Also, it seemed that the residence frowned upon vacationers renting some of the units.

I enjoyed my stay here. Loved the view and communication was awesome as well.

There was a stain on one of the rugs and both bathrooms had left over hair in the tube and shower areas.

the apartment is perfect: very comfortable and clean. the pool area is stunning and very peaceful. the staff is friendly and always available to help you. the location is nice, there are a few bars and restaurants nearby but you can also reach downtown Dallas easily

even though our apartment was on the 24th floor, there was some noise from the nearby highway at night. for us it was not a problem but it can be annoying

I booked this "hotel" on booking.com. from the time I booked to the time I got there, I thought we were staying in a hotel. There was no indication on the listing or on Google that I saw that would lead me to believe different. So let's start with the arriving process. This was the WORST check-in process I have ever gone through. The whole building, come to find out, is 99% residents that live there. There is no sign on the building thst says "Locale Hotel." It actually has a sign on the building the says "The Katy." I tried calling the number the hotel gave me to try to find where to enter the parking garage and it would just keep going to voice-mail. I would go in the building to the front desk to try to ask where to go or how to get in the parking garage and they would tell me please refer to locale, we work for The Katy not Locale hotel. I asked is there was someone that does work for the Hotel? I was told no and to go call the number. I told them the number was going to voice-mail. They told me "keep calling." So pretty much I drove around and around the building for almost an hour with 3 kids in the car, calling the number over and over, while getting honked at and yelled at by the residents trying to zoom past me to get in the garage. I know it wasn't just me because I ran into another hotel stayer and they were just as frustrated as me, and said they can't wait to write a review. The day before I arrived I contacted the hotel and told them my husband would be meeting me and the kids at the hotel.

Not a business stay hotel - most of the rooms are apartments

There was no breakfast

Blinds are no good, traffic noise, no person to speak to on site. Initial room (had to swapped) bed was too small, second room shower had no pressure but wasn't prepared to transfer room again.

Top place all round! Outdoor pool area and tv lounge was really cool

Slightly difficult getting into the lock box, thought I had the right code to get in but turns out I hadn't yet been sent the lock box code so had to call and get help.

check-in & check-out was a mess. the key box codes did not work. contactless concept need revision. toilet paper and Kleenex were very rough, poor quality. living room couch is very uncomfortable.
