Wonderful place to stay in the downtown of Nairobi. Pocket friendly rates with good meals on offer. Staff are welcoming, hospitable with good customer care and relations. Good value for money and pocket friendly.
The noise from the hawkers downstairs as one enters the Hotel may not be pleasant to other Guests. But there is nothing that can be done about it as this is the downtown of the Central Business District.

The quality of the room was fairly good. Good for the price paid. The location of the hotel is in a crowded downtown area. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel. It is in a very crowded area and may not be safe to go out after 8.00 pm

the location was brilliant. the staff amazing especially Cassiem . I travel a lot and have received good service but this man is a gem . He helped me so much . Carry bag. connected me to tour guides . took mr to shops and was just a God send . if I had a hotel this is the type of staff member I would employ
zit wasn’t the best and beautiful building but this is what I paid for . I had a quiet room with no noice from the streets

Central location and helpful staff
No free breakfast, no AC, bathroom shower could have been better, drain was clogged and water was logging

The staff is very friendly
It can get a bit noisy during the night

Close location to the town, quite place for a good night sleep. Shops nearby and the fruit and vegetables market is 3 minutes walk away. The staff are friendly and trying to do everything to make your stay pleasant. We have now used this place many times since last year and are very happy to come back every time. Thanks to Leonard and Joice for dealing with our request. I really recommend this place as you feel home away from home. You can do your own cooking as the kitchen is fully equipped and you find everything you need.
Nothing.

pleasant staff, very nice reception, good restaurant
the bathroom door is not good, the shower is good but the water is everywhere

Staff was friendly and helpful. Many shops and facilities around. Central but very crowded location. No noise in the evening or on Sunday.
Street was too busy during the day which makes it difficult to explore the area. Many insisting sellers that wants to do business (especially if you are a tourist).
3.4
It is unexpensive, you get what you pay for. Worth the money.

Very nice and helpfull staff.
Too loud. And I'm not talking about street noise, as that would be expected in the city centre. I mean, why are they drilling in the middle of the night? Or banging walls.
Someone called me in the night, making sexual comments.
Not safe for white people. There is a street market every day. Crowdy, people making bad comments if you don't buy from them, very uncomfortable. I'd rather pay more to be like 10 min away in uptown.
