Una buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad
Las chapas de la puertas son algo antiguas por lo que aveces es difícil cerrar o abrir y puede generar inseguridad, falta un poco de iluminación en la habitación

STAFFs are really kind
hotel is too old I guess. not even sure they still use old English stylish key for the door lock. There was no mosquito net in the bed I used.

Smack Bang in the middle of Nairobi center. Nice staff and really funky vintage decor. Interesting ancient manual elevator!
No hot water. Room was small and poorly lit. Everything a bit worn out. A tad pricey for what you get..

staff were friendly enough.
it just generally felt unsafe, but the hotel is old, I felt unsafe as the door barely locked on the room.
Meals took a long time to arrive.

Very cold and the Windows don't close tightly

The staff were excellent. Reception were able to give me great advice and directions on where to go, and she even got security to escort me at night when I otherwise would have been totally lost. The food in the restaurant was tasty and authentic.
There were a couple of mosquitos in my room, but I managed to dispatch these fairly quickly and close the windows (no flywire)

The staff are friendly
Please try your level best and improve on the cleanliness, I complained about the carpet which was very dirty in the room as soon as I arrived. I couldn't even tell the colour of the towels; were they white or not? Otherwise the staff are lovely.
