I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and nice and peaceful.

Condensation caused a lot of mould to grow in the ensuite bathroom, even with the window open. However, this was a minor concern to us. Also, the terracotta tiles surrounding the pool were very dusty and do need a good clean down, every so often. Again, not a big concern for us. Access steps down to property entrance is very dark and would benefit from a light in that area for general safety and to assist in locking the gate.

Excellent - clean, modern, super pool, brilliant location behind the princess Yiaza. Yes, it's pricey, but for a family of 5, it was great.

Lovely bright villa, upgraded to the heated pool and easy walk to beach.

Perhaps needs more kitchen work tops but overall a great stay.

Great family holiday. Playa Blanc is beautiful and not too big, some great bars and restaurants.

Villa was spotlessly clean and very modern. It's location was excellent, very close to beach, bars and restuarants. Pool area was great, loads of sunbeds and the pool size was ideal for our needs.

the location is good as it’s just a 20 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina and the shops and restaurants.

the privacy of the property and the security is good

the property wasn’t really what we booked. the pictures didn’t reflect what we booked. the furniture in the pictures was nothing like the furniture in the property. we thought we booked the property above but we had a 2 storey villa next door. the kitchen was run down and the furniture was shabby and needs replacing.

The position of the villa, it was well equipped and comfortable. Heated pool was good and maintained every couple of days.

Exceptional villa in a perfect location, great customer service. One to book!

The best villa we have stayed in, immaculately clean, modern, lovely sunny outdoor area. The villa layout was perfect for our family. The management was fantastic and very responsive. The only issue we had was the TV dropping off the internet, happened about 3 times in 8 days, each time it was rectified within minutes - exceptional service! Bath and pool towels provided, bed linen was crisp and white. Great washing facilities and everything you could need in the kitchen. iron and ironing board provided. We had one hairdryer - 2 would be nice in a 3 bed villa but we managed.

We loved everything!

it was spacious, clean, modern, all facilities worked, cleaning staff and property management company (Linda) were so helpful and professional. great location

A small table for drinks beside or between the sun beds would be nice outside by the pool. the pool could be a little warmer for the time of year we were here (December).

A gorgeous villa

The villa is wonderful. Immaculate, spacious, had everything we needed. It was easy walk to beach and about 15 minutes walk to centre of playa blanca. Great communication from our host also!
