On arrival the front garden was full of bins rubbish, overgrown and a mess. Enter hallway, random mattresses piled up along with brooms cleanibg product old lamps and general rubbish. Entered flat, it smelt weird, couldnt put my finger on it exactly.
The "appartment' is actually just the downstais of a house. Doors have been gaffer taped shut to create separate rooms. This means that if the people in the upstairs appartment walk around, talk etc we could hear everything. In fact their bathroom was just in the hallway at the top of the stairs so we could hear everytime they had to leave their appartment to use it.
The furniture in our flat was old, flatpack stuff bought from a second hand shop by the looks of it. Several old fold up beds oushed in corners of each bedroom, no bedside tables, no lamps, just the main ceiling light. (I asked for the owner to bring lamps which he finally brought after 3 days, onr of which was broken)
There is no modem in the appartment just a booster. This gave intermittent very poor signal, virtually unusable. Again the owner brough another booster (after 3 days) which changed nothing. I could go on but i actually cant be bothered, i think ive made my point.

Amenities, good heating, n location
We never met or even talked to the landlord. The entrance was full of garbage bags n appeared quite unclean

The size and location of Arsenal 123 were first rate. Peace and quiet and being able to prepare your own meals and do your laundry were other plus points
Nothing

The location was perfect for us; being Arsenal supporters we were only minutes walking distance from Emirates Stadium. Grocery shopping was walking distance as well as good restaurants on Holloway Rd. Bus and tube stations were nearby which made getting around London very easy. The landlords (husband & wife) were lovely folks and very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay there again.
Some things in the flat need to be updated. The flat is not fancy but it is clean and comfortable which is all we require. The bathroom needs better lighting.

Location is awesome, fast to get anywhere in London (you don't even have to use underground in most of the cases & bus) Flat is spacious & the area pretty quiet for London ;). Many shops for daily shopping are around the cornet (Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose, Iceland, ....) also for take-away we really enjoyed various ones from https://thejunctionmarket.co.uk/...
Camelia was really helpful with everything & all went smooth. Thx ;)
To much stuff in rooms, extra beds....

The rudest staff I ever “met”, we only talked in WhatsApp that was more than enough...I should just post the chat we had,but I won’t because of her personal rights. The bed was the only good thing there nothing else. Not especially clean either. Not child friendly.

A well located peoperty for north London with heaps of space and all the facilities needed for a short stay. Also had a friendly and helpful host
Some basic instructions for the washing machine would be useful

Was cosy and clean
Was a little too far out of town for the activities we planned.

Nice place to stay and very close to Arsenal Stadium is a plus
Very small place but comfortable.

nothing
I’m not sure if this property is split into multiple units going by the reviews, the others might be nice but the one we got was scandalous. Place wasn’t clean, definitely not suitable for guests. really poor experience. Moved out mid stay and stayed elsewhere.

Great location, walking distance to everything you need including Finsbury Park, the stadium etc.
Host was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Street parking available at a cost.
Towels, bedding etc included and a well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery etc.
Fantastic value for money.

There was nothing to be liked a part from the location .
The attitude of the woman stinks she speak to customer like dirt . She shouts at me for not contacting her before I arrive . Her partner was more respectful and dealt with me in a dignified manner . The place is so filthy . Pillows are as flat as pan cake, mattress old and uncomfortable ., utensils were basic you couldn’t fry an egg without burning it . The glasses were Stella and Coca Cola and all the cups were from different companies . The flat was grubby and dirty not to mention the stained towels and grotty bed linens .

To begin with, the hostess, Camilla was very welcoming and accessible with answers to all queries pertaining to the property even before we checked in. The location is very good. Bus stop right on the doorstep, emirates stadium 2 minutes away and the tube station 2 minutes away from the stadium.
There’s also a store practically 2 doors away selling milk, bread, Oyster cards and all immediate requirements and a clean kebab/ sandwich place right next to it. The apartment itself is fitted with everything right down to an iron and washing and a drying machine. The best part though was the bathroom which is very modern and quite big having a small skylight. Camilla’s husband who came around to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment was also very gracious. Internet was super fast. All in all a good deal.
The staircase was quite narrow and the hand railing rickety.
