Clean and able to get in at any time.
Communication could be a bit better but we managed.

we stopped by the motel for one night during our bike trip. it was a typical motel in Korea. old building, not super clean, tho i am satisfied with our staying here because of no smoking smell and clean bed, blankets, & towels. and the staff is kind.

Didn't like it at all. It's a love hotel, unmanaged and no proper services. Don't bother booking.
Service was awful, they woke us at 9 to pay at the moment because they were leaving, but checkout was at 12. Mattress was hard as a rock. Since it is a love hotel no one was there to make the check-in, so the cleaning lady rang the boss to find our key. They also overcharged us because of the festival dates, but hotel was empty. They threw away our food from the minifridge.

The staff was kind, and let me check in 4 hours before the actual check-in time. When I thought I'd lost my tablet, they were kind to my friend who called them and checked the room again. (Found the tablet somewhere else, eventually.)
The room was just barely clean enough for a 1-night stay. I slept on top of the blanket because there were stains on the mattrass and cover. The bathroom was cleaned with just water. Also, the fridge had defrosted, so there was a puddle of water on the floor. It was okay if you're standards aren't very high and you're not staying for long. Although the staff was nice, I was happy to leave.

Rubbish quilt, towels. Up a flight of stairs to reception to talk to a voice behind a wooden partition.
