Es war okay

Die Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn und an der Donau war super.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war nicht wirklich freundlich und hat eher gestresst gewirkt. Leider musste ich den teuren Parkplatz nutzen, da mein Hund nicht einmal in der Bar erlaubt war. Ich hätte gerne draußen gefrühstückt aber das war nicht erlaubt.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, ansonsten unspektakulär. Toll war, dass man bei Verzicht auf Reinigung einen Getränkegutschein für die Bar bekommt.

Lage ist perfekt,

Im Zimmer unter dem Bett lag ein schmutziger Socken des vorherigen Gastes, Im Frühstücksraum herschte ein Chaos, Tische werden lange nichtabgeräumt, das säubern der Tische geschieht sehr minimalistisch , Brösel werden vom Personal nur auf den Boden gewischt, das nachräumen der Produkte ist sehr schwach, Müsli gibt es nur fertigmix, Brotauswahl sehr schwach, keine weichgekochten Eier, wenn man darum bittet bekommt an hartgekochte und kalte eier,

Great place to stay while in Vienna!

Great room and big washroom. Very comfortable with decent amenities like Nespresso coffee pods great tea choices, etc. Although I had to call for an iron, it arrived quickly. Great location. Not in the city centre but close to subway and so easy to get around.

Most of the staff was very friendly. Grab any in room extras from the grocery store a few doors down because the price for water, munchies, etc in hotel is over the top.

The staff were not capable to explain in understandable English where exactly we could safely park our car. They confirmed we can park on the street in front of the hotel and even though we used paid parking tickets, our car was taken to a vehicle pound.

They told that their hotel was 500 m from Center of Vienna but when i check-in they told that should i take Taxi or Metro to go in Center because center is 5 km away from here!

Top hotel for this value. Clean, modern enough and easy to get there. Rooms and bathroom are really large and comfy.

Parking price in a garage under the hotel is very convenient but very very pricey.

Value for money in a good location

Great location, close to the UBahn and a BILLA market was basically next door. There was a kettle in the room as well as a fridge. Fast checkin, really nice receptionist. Great view.

The beds are too soft and the pillows not comfortable at all. Quite old carpet on the floor.

Room was clean, except the carpet. Housekeeping left room each time in very clean condition.

I paid the whole staying at the check-in time. At check-out, the lady from reception told me to pay the staying by insisting even I told her that I paid. After another lady came and told her that it os already paid after showing her something in the screen of the PC, she said OK to me. It was indeed an unpleasant situation to me.

Nice and with new daily essentials 24/7 shop

They added a mini shop with everyday essentials that was available 24/7 and cashier-free (automated).

Location was good as close to metro.

Very poor insulation and noise from other rooms was very intrusive. Difficult to sleep. Rooms in need of repairs. Carpet stained, sink cracked, cleaning not exceptional.

Proximity to metro station.

Not at all a four star hotel. Very basic rooms with everything giving old vibe. No cutlery in the room. No drinking water bottles. The area itself is not that good and doesn't give the feel that you are in vienna. Spring beds may give you back pains. It just doesn't match the price what we paid. In same rates several good options are available. To be avoided.
